   Blue Sushi was gracious enough to seat us at their closing time (9:00pm). We were grateful and couldn’t thank the staff enough. We were celebrating a graduation. The food was excellent! All the apps were phenomenal- brussels, crispy rice, shishito peppers, crab rangoons (!!!!). We ordered a bunch of sushi and it all came out displayed on a sushi boat. Adorable. All were delicious. 10/10 service, food quality/taste, backyard music was a vibe (not too loud/not too quiet). We had such a great experience. Can’t wait to come back!!

   This restaurant has only been open for a couple of months and we went for the first time on Mother’s Day. It has Happy Hour specials all day on Sundays. They have several dishes that are unique to this restaurant as well as standard sushi. We tried five different rolls, three unique and two standard. All were quite good. Our favorite was the soft shell crab roll. We have many more unique rolls to try and will be back soon.

   We had a lovely experience although I’m slightly disappointed we didn’t get seated with our requested server, our server we had was every sweet and accommodating!

   Went here on Mother’s Day waited an hour and ten minutes for our sushi rolls. Although the food was very good, I don’t like waiting that long for food.

   We love having a new, vibrant sushi restaurant in the West Valley! We went during Happy Hour and the menu had a lot to choose from. The sushi rolls we chose were unique and fun to try, especially the Hawaiian with the pineapple sauce. The charred edamame was also very good (non-spicy, I was too chicken to try), as was the calamari and miso soup (I wished it had tofu in it, though). We had the jalapeno margarita and Bluetini, while the kids enjoyed the flavored lemonades. We can't wait to come back!

   The atmosphere is great. The food is amazing. The variety of items on the menu is wonderful. We were very happy with our experience.

   The fish has the freshness and quality you expect for really good sashimi. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful.

   This was our second time at this location. Our first experience was quite disappointing as we have been to the location in Tempe. The manager was very accommodating and gave us a $50 credit for our return. We brought some friends last night and had a wonderful time. The food came out correct and very tasty. We are very glad that things have settled down and we look forward to coming back in the future!

   Our server was outstanding and knowledgeable about the items. She said the chargrilled edamame would be life changing and it was! I will not be able to eat it any other way!
