Nestled in the picturesque Southern Highlands community just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Nudo Italiano is a family-owned restaurant from local restaurateurs Jenna Morton and Michael Morton, who are behind some of Las Vegas' best restaurants. Designed to feel like a warm embrace, Nudo Italiano features a cozy dining room, a bustling bar, and a lively patio, offering an inviting setting for friends and family to gather over authentic, beautifully prepared Italian cuisine.
At the heart of the menu is Chef William DeMarco’s masterful approach to Italian simplicity, where every ingredient shines and nothing is overcomplicated. Guests will savor handmade pastas, house-baked breads, and Neapolitan-style pizzas, crafted with premium ingredients and fired in a traditional wood-burning oven, following guidelines set by UNESCO, which is dedicated to strengthening our shared humanity.

This place is a hidden gem. The ambiance is amazing. They have designed to to make you feel like you’re in a restaurant in Italy. The food was delicious as well. Prices are really good for the quality of food you are receiving.

The staff were all very knowledgeable and attentive. Overall the food was good, however it was pricier than expected. We were both a little surprised that the meals did not come with a pasta choice, and if they did our waiter never mentioned it. We were seated at a table for two and both of us felt cramped. With the candle, flower vase, water bottle, bread and pre-appetizer, it was a little like dining in coach on an airplane. I understand the attempt to create ambience, however when the entrees arrived there was little room to set a glass down. Overall it was an okay experience, however I don’t think we’d try it again.

Nudo is a new neighborhood restaurant. We were very impressed by the service and the friendly staff. The restaurant was very loud for a Thursday night, but it was lively. We enjoyed several dishes, which included Lemon Risotto, Calamari, Italian Salad, and a very unique and tasty Carbonara Pizza with a sunny-side egg on top. We can't wait to return. The bar area is suitable for eating, and they have a nice selection of craft cocktails.

Loved the atmosphere, the food, the service-but acoustics are very loud- Waiting area is definitely not suited for more than two people-bar is beautiful! Great local place, I think it will be super poplular.....better enjoy while you can get in!

So glad we were able to get in and check out this new neighborhood gem! Great service from the gals at the hostess stand, to our waiter, and other servers! Food was excellent. We shared a pizza for an appetizer and it was delicious! The foccacia was divine - warm with hot butter, garlic & rosemary! I had the pasta with the vodka sauce and it was very flavorful and yummy. Hubby had the steak and he said it was very good. Oh and we finished with the spaghetti & meatball dessert - very clever and very good! We will definitely be back!

Food was outstanding, good wine list and the service and attention from Tony and others was great. Great value compared to restaurants on the Strip. Perfect neighborhood spot.
