Named after the Pompeiian fresco, House of the Little Pig is a modern take on Mediterranean cuisine served family style in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Service was awful. We waited forever for a server to finally greet our table. The server literally said the F word within his greeting. Then he very rarely checked in on us, forgot to enter or deliver drink orders and quite frankly proceeded to be obnoxious and make excuses in every interaction. Mind you, the restaurant had very little diners at the time. I personally would not risk having this poor service again.

This place is amazing! We ordered the beans, potatoes, octopus, broccolini, coulette steak, and we absolutely loved every single bite. It reminded me of Perry St, which made me so dang happy. The cocktails were really well-thought-out (I had the Christmas in July and she had the Roman Holiday), but they didn’t quite hit the mark. They looked and smelled incredible, but the sweetness was a bit too much for our taste. Chef Kev really took care of us! Can't wait to go back for more~

What a little delight. Ambiance was light,neat and minimal but in a warm way. Sat inside but patio with extra large umbrellas looked lovely. We were first there for a Saturday brunch. Emily(?) our server was attentive and all staff who delivered food knew and explained the dish. We shared lamb flatbread which had so many lovely flavors, chorizo potatoes with Bernaise (our fave), pasta and we waited for pecan roll to come out of oven. We appreciated the clean plate and utensils for each course and the cherry mimosa was perfect. Had hoped to book my anniversary dinner in December but can’t book that far out. Will be back!!

You can tell the chef takes great pride in his dishes. Love that! The decor was very cute and trendy, yet comfortable. Definitely a place for the foodies! My only suggestion would be to get better steak knives and stemmed wine glasses.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and HLP did not disappoint. The wonderful manager, Emery, spoiled us with a couple glasses of champagne. My favorites were the Roman cocktail, the endive and melon salad, and the roast duck. Whenever I find delicious duck at a restaurant I’m hooked. Excellent ambience and a beautiful location!

Location and atmosphere was nice. Average price on the drinks but the options included with the food options was a little light for the level of the expression of the food. In going to many different tapas style restaurants, it is not a bad option but not over the top. I would still go back as it was enjoyable. What I am suggesting is that there is still room to grow.

We had small plates (3) for two people and it was the perfect amount. We will go back to try their lamb
