From the team behind Gouie New York, Izakaya NYC, and Dr. Clark, Sushi Beauu offers a full-day journey through Japanese flavors — from morning to night.

Our concept is to share “Japanese views through every bite” — moments of taste, memory, and culture woven into each dish.

Start your day with our onigiri sets, vegetable-packed miso soup, and dashi-rich Japanese breakfasts.
