Appetizer portion was very small for the amount they charged, I was happy with the beer and pizza!

The service was poor. There were obvious language barriers, water had been asked for 3 times before it was served. A second glass of wine for one of my guests was never served and the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about their own menu. For the price and the hype this restaurant was definitely subpar. With all the dining options in this area we will not be going back anytime soon or at all. Gluten free pasta was offered and ordered by another guest and she complained today of not feeling well as the pasta was NOT GF. When I made reservations I told them it was for my wife's 70th BD and no one acknowledged that either. Overall a VERY poor experience.

The restaurant was busy but our server was not very attentive. We waited at least 20 minutes before even getting drinks. Our reservation was at 6:15 PM and we were seated immediately but my main course didn't arrive until 7:45 pm. The server was difficult to understand since he was so distracted and speaking very quickly. The Pinot Gregio was corked and my risotto smelled and tasked VERY fishy and the rice was undercooked.

We had an absolutely unforgettable dinner last night at L’Oro di Napoli to celebrate our 6-month anniversary—and it couldn’t have been more special. A very special shoutout to our waitress Vero, who went above and beyond to make the night memorable. She was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely celebrated. Her thoughtful service added a personal touch that meant the world to us—we truly felt like honored guests. The food? Incredible. The pizza was perfectly blistered and bursting with flavor, and the fresh ingredients shone through in every bite. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Vero, for making our little milestone feel like a big celebration. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Service was a little ragged on a busy Father's Day evening. We waited about 15 minutes beyond our reservation time for our table. While other tables seated after us received drinks and appetizers before our server came for our order. The gnocchi entree was not hot when served, and our bruschetta was never served. The other 3 dishes we ordered were correct hot and tasty. When the bill came one of our desserts had been comped without explanation. We had not mentioned the cool gnocchi or the missing bruschetta, so this may have been a 'Happy Father's Day' guesture.

Our first time here and on a Friday nite. Very Busy but all of the staff couldn’t have been more attentive on a noisy nite. Be sure to get reservations for dinner. Food was outstanding!! We all had different pizzas and we each all were Very Happy!! Too full for dessert but will be going back often👍🏾
