An unprecedented culinary experience, a unique experience to the city of Corona at the Dos Lagos shopping center, we present rich heritage of elevated cuisine in a friendly and captivating ambiance. Enjoy hand-shaken margaritas, rare tequilas, craft cocktails and a vast selection of beer and fine wines.

Dine with us in the main dining room, or at the exquisite bar with one of the best selections of the world's finest tequilas on west coast.

All guests must be present to be seated, no split checks or personal checks.
Parties of 6 or more a 20% gratuity will be included on the bill.
In order to accommodate all guests Blackstone's dining experience is limited to 2 hours.

As a safety precaution Blackstone does not allow strollers,
Multiple reservations will be treated as separate reservations and will not be accommodated together.

The food is pricey but delicious. The server was very inattentive and barely spoke to us. Though I saw her with other tables and they didn’t get the same brush off.

If you’re looking for a place that absolutely nails comfort food with an elevated twist, Blackstone Kitchen is it! I can’t stop raving about the chicken and waffles—they were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired beautifully with the light, fluffy waffles and just the right amount of sweetness. We also ordered the savory empanadas, and wow—each bite was packed with flavor. The filling was so rich and satisfying, wrapped in the most delicious, flaky pastry. It’s the kind of dish you start thinking about again the minute you leave. And let’s talk about the cocktails—each one was crafted with so much care and creativity. Whether you’re in the mood for something refreshing or something a little stronger, you won’t be disappointed. Everything we tried was balanced, smooth, and complemented the meal perfectly. From the food to the drinks to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, Blackstone Kitchen is a gem. Highly recommend for brunch, dinner, or any time you want a memorable meal!

Very noisey, poor service , from the check in service to the wait staff , waited 15 minutes and not approached by anyone , messed up the order , forgot items , and served food cold

The food was beyond my expectations,hands down the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever eaten. The food was great and the service even better. I suggest making a reservation but there is a bar.

Food was delicious, ambience was great, service was wonderful. We went for brunch and had the spaghetti pancakes, biscuit and gravy, toast flight, and the Slam. Nice portions and everyone loved their dish!

Overall it was a fair experience, service was good not great! Food was good not great! Prices are high (lousy value) the experience left me with no reason to come back anytime soon!

Great food. We all enjoyed our dishes. Very nice vibe on a Sunday. It was loud but it was Sunday brunch. The chilaquiles were excellent in jalapeño sauce definitely will return. Upscale dining in Corona again!

Most of the servers walk around with no personality. Like they hate being there. They should emulate the bartender’s personality. The egg in the omelette was rubbery. Inedible to eat. Our waiter rarely checked on us. My brothers water glass had lipstick on it. When we brought it up the waiter said he would get him a new glass of water and never returned, My sister waited forever for her spaghetti pancakes (we all had to finally start eating). Good luck! We do hope they can make some minor tweaks and be successful.
