We had a fantasic dinner of the Madeira Mushrooms, Peaches and plums, the tortellini with roasted corn ribs, the burrata, and for dessert the beetroot chocolate cake, and the financier with sweet potato ice cream. The service was impeccable, and we had a really memorable evening.

Unparalleled. Every piece of our dining experience at Mother's was incredible. A formal maitre'd greeted and seated us, our server was warm and knowledgable and patient. The menu includes all-inclusive pricing, which makes ordering and paying so much simpler! Chef Vanessa even shared with us about her process and inspiration in creating the dishes we were enjoying. Her approach to community through cuisine is really beautiful, and the flavor combinations she's crafted will keep me coming back over and over and over and over (curry ice cream?! OMG). Also, all the plates are designed to be easily modified to meet specific dietary restrictions without compromising flavor! This is truly one of the most beautiful and important establishments in Milwaukee right now, and I feel honored to have experienced it.

The host darnell is incredible, every single person on the wait staff checked in on our table and they were all so friendly, kind, and informative. Tried 3 drinks, 2 of the deserts and 5 different dishes. I will be back over and over again! 💖😋

Had a lovely date night:) Service was impeccable, the dishes each arrived at the perfect time and all was incredibly delicious. Everything we ordered was unique and exceeded our expectations. The saffron pickled egg was served on a yolk mousse with salsa verde. It not only looked great on the plate but tasted new and refreshing. There were many people eating when we arrived and the noise level was high. However the lights were dim and the environment was intimate. We felt very attended to as we giggled and shared each plate.

We really enjoyed our first dinner at Mother’s and we will come back. It is a rotating menu with fresh ingredients and creativity in every dish. I remember the taste of one of the best shishito peppers I ate in Spain but the one at Mother’s tier with it. Congratulations on the new restaurant!

I was there for the end of pride multi-course dinner so cannot speak to their regular menu. But the Mother's chefs were outstanding and the pastry chef near genius. I am looking forward to many outstanding meals there.

I have never written an online review in my life but I want this place to thrive for the rest of my natural born life (and then maybe I will come back as a ghost and ghost-steal people's delicious cocktails) so I'm writing one. The immaculate vibes, the mushrooms, THE PICKLED FENNEL. The desserts, gay Jesus the desserts. If I weren't married I would ask this restaurant to marry me. Viva Mother's.
