Aqua Kyoto offers a contemporary approach to Japanese dining in a design-forward setting. Join us and dine in Aqua Kyoto, host to NYC's longest Sushi Bar. You will be presented with 2 Omakase options: Aqua Kyoto's 8 course menu at $88 per person or upgrade to our 11 course menu at $158 per person. Sushi Bar Omakase Menu Within Aqua Kyoto, guests will find New York City’s longest sushi bar with 22 spacious seats. At the bar, guests can enjoy the Aqua Kyoto Omakase Menu, offering an eleven-course prix-fixe adventure that provides a thoughtful, chef-led exploration of Japanese cuisine. The menu starts with appetizers including a White Miso Soup with Chives, a Spinach Salad dressed tableside with a Toasted Goma Dressing, and a Tuna & Salmon Tartar with caviar, scallion, yuzu kosho soy sauce & lotus root chips. It then moves into sushi courses including Aqua Kyoto’s signature Scallop & Caviar Crystal Sushi and Spicy Tuna Maki Roll with cucumber, avocado, leek & aonori powder, along with a sushi and sashimi platter. Entrees follow, featuring Prawn Tempura with matcha salt and a ten-tsuyu sauce followed by the Miso Black Cod. The experience concludes with the Forest Floor, an intricate, eye-catching dessert made from Tonka bean panna cotta, chocolate brownie, matcha crumble, and raspberry sorbet. To complement the culinary adventure, guests can add a sake flight, with varieties carefully selected to enhance the meal.
