Picture this: you pay a babysitter to have a date night in Ferndale, 35 minutes away from home. Your reservation is at 10:30. When you arrive, you have to use the restroom and there’s only one bathroom for 1 woman at a time, so you get stuck behind 3 others, only to return to your table at 10:50pm and have your husband tell you that you have five minutes until the kitchen closes (without your drinks even delivered yet). So I say what? He says yeah at 10:48, The guy said 7 minutes till the kitchen closes. Anyways, you pretty much can picture of the rest of the night went. Food was mediocre. Manager was weird. Got some free drink tickets and an app comped without even saying a word, so I’m sure they knew they weren’t “doing their best” like my 2yo does. Our server, drew, was amazing and the only positive thing about the entire 37 minutes and $130 we spent there. Good luck!

The food was good with the happy hour prices! The drinks were yummy! The service was great! The atmosphere is modern, but the noise level is to loud!

Food was great. Service was spectacular. Servers were hustling. Restaurant is VERY loud. It is almost impossible to hear people at your table, and tables are too close together for my liking. We will for sure come back, but not during a busy weekend. We will try on a hopefully quiet weeknight.

Food was all good but kept thinking I’ve had this same dish elsewhere where it was a bit better. Drinks were tasty. Overall enjoyable. The bill was a little bit less than we expected.

This is a great addition to the Ferndale community. The restaurant was beautiful. The service was great and the food was amazing. So happy Nine opened just in time for the good weather.

Everyone was so kind, professional and welcoming from the minute. We walked in… Cocktails were excellent. Food was very good. Service was outstanding.

Went on opening weekend and food was fantastic! Couple kinks in running the place to work out, but that’s to be expected. Highly recommend!
