Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Trevor was absolutely amazing for our anniversary dinner! He recommended the most incredible entrees and his service was second to none! Cannot wait to return!

We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday and specifically requested Tamera Haddox as our server, she was absolutely wonderful! The management was also incredibly attentive and welcoming. We dined in a private side room, which offered a quieter and more intimate atmosphere compared to the main dining area. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were perfectly crafted. A 10/10 experience all around!

We came our first time to this location since we live in the area, food was great, service was great and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Thanks to our server Dekota for a wonderful time

Antoni, our Server was very professional & attentive. The food was amazing as always. We didn’t receive a visit to our table from a manager, but the hostess was very nice to us.
