Good food, but too expensive. "All you can eat" at dinner is too expensive and drinks also. Tips were included without the option to edit it.

The food was excellent and great value for the all you can eat . Lots of choice and the sushi was so fresh. Service was OK, the drinks were a bit expensive for the measures you received ( especially Sake). You are a bit packed in as there are many tables. The only real complaint was the noise level was very high. Not a lot you can do with an open room packed with people. We would,probably go back for lunch when I would hope it a bit quieter

I made a reservation for three people to celebrate my husband's birthday. In addition to receiving poor service from a waitress, many of the orders did not arrive at the table. We left without dessert (even though we had paid for it), without singing happy birthday to my husband and still paying full price. Terrible experience. I do not recommend it, especially for special occasions. It can be traumatic.

I am a BIG fan of this restaurant and have dined her probably a dozen times since they opened December 2024. The food is always great and service are usually pretty decent…but recently the service has gotten really bad. My wife and I were celebrating a very important night and we chose Kingdom Sushi to celebrate. We were set in the corner by the window and thought we had a cozy little spot but we didn’t know that we would be completely forgotten and literally had to get out of our seats to find someone to service us. This was very disappointing, I felt like we weren’t worth their time and their service was just plain poor. I honestly don’t know when I will return here because we have visited at least 2x a month for the last 6 months but their is no familiarity despite numerous visits and the service is seemingly on the decline. Keep that in mind.

We had a rather inconsistent experience at this restaurant. We had a reservation for 9:00 p.m., but a family of four who arrived right after us was seated before us, while we had to wait over ten minutes to be assigned a table. The servers were attentive and did a good job, but the way the manager handled the situation was disappointing. When we expressed our concern, the response was simply, “we’re getting a table ready for you,” with no apology offered at any point. To top it off, when we received the bill, we noticed an overcharge. Fortunately, we reviewed it and had it corrected, but it added to the overall negative impression. On the positive side, the food was delicious. However, the service—from arrival to payment—needs serious improvement. We’re not likely to return.

Our family of 4 tried this restaurant for the first time recently. The seating is tight, and the menu is huge. One side features all-you-can-eat options for a set price. The other side of the menu features la carte items. The prices steer you towards the all-you-can-eat option. We are not big eaters, so we opted for a la carte. Most of the rolls contained cream cheese or panko which we do not care for. My daughter and I ordered the Rainbow Roll and shared salmon nigiri. My youngest ordered her usual California roll. My husband got his standard chicken fried rice. The sushi was wonderful. The fried rice tasted frozen and was a tiny portion. The service was very poor. They forgot to put in the California Roll. After 10-15 minutes, our server came by to ask how everything was. I said well, we don't know yet because we are still waiting on a dish. She scrambled around, whispered to another employee, and then came back to tell us they were making it, which was a lie. We were sitting by the sushi bar and could see exactly what they were working on. There was no apology. I would much rather they admit the mistake and make it up to us instead of lying and blaming it on the sushi chefs. The sushi quality and flavor were great. A la carte pricing is not worth it. The service left much to be desired.
