Was not what we expected at all. The servings were very small even for specialty rolls. Waitress was very pushy about purchasing the all you can eat option for $38 per person. Had to ask for ginger and wasabi. The lighting was as if I was at the dmv, not a restaurant. Very disappointing

Service could be improved from the concierge that just said “your table is on the other room you can walk until there” we got a little time to realize where we supposed to go, some servers was kind of “sad” the quality of the table and chair could be better as well, thinking about the price we paid, $160 for 3 people with 20% of TIP already included on the check, I think it could start in 15% and the customer decide if pay more, again, the service was not that good. The food is really good, it worth the price

Overall great experience however I do feel like the servers needs to come around more for drink refills and orders. Then at the end I would say it took about 20 minutes after we finished eating for someone finally to come around and check on us for us to ask for the check. Could be a faster experience if they had servers checking in more often.

This place is AWFUL. The “sushi” is like dogfood wrapped in rice. Everything is slam packed with cream cheese. The raw fish is warm. The service is not the most welcoming. Our waters had things floating in it. We saw a worker with gloves on exit the bathroom and not change gloves. Just overall awful. Terrible experience, and I’m so upset to have spent so much money there. The all-you-can-eat is a pricey scam. Incredibly disappointed, and will always remember this trash place for the worst reasons.

It a big sashimi selection but excellent quality and plenty of other things to choose from. We all enjoyed it

Booked a table for 10 people for a business dinner but when we arrived (on time) they didn’t have any big tables available and they could only sit us by splitting the group.

Okay for the price but not the greatest sushi out There. If you’re looking for quantity not quality then This will be good for you.

This was the fourth time I tried this unit, and the service was as awful as all the other times. After complaining that my family and I were not being attended to for more than 25 minutes, Pablo was designated our server, and the experience was less unpleasant. The Windermere unit is much better. The service there is very good, but don’t waste your time going to the International Dr unit.
