   We had a lovely Mother's Day brunch. There was a nice selection of dishes, all of which were delicious, and everyone in my family found something they like. I don't usually eat french toast, but I tried some and it was the best I've ever had. It was so light and flavorful, especially with the berry compote. I went back for a second piece. I've also found that some Mother's Day brunches are overbooked and so crowded that you wait in long lines for food and sometimes you're favorites are out. Not here. It was busy, but never crowded and no wait. I'd book it again.

   First I'll preface this by saying this was Mother's Day brunch, so not their normal menu. When we first arrived in Cincinnati this was one of the first restaurants we visited and we loved it. I was excited about spending a nice Mother's Day with my son's and husband and this was a complete letdown. Our server asked if we wanted water, but didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. Since it was a buffet, we were already eating our food before she even came back and asked about drinks. We had no salt, no pepper, no condiments. The eggs were wet, the potatoes were hard, the french toast was tough and the orange juice had ice in it so it tasted like water. It was very disappointing and definitely not worth $285 ($55 per person + 22% gratuity automatically added on).

   While the ambience and service and everything was very nice. Overall the food was just nothing that really popped. I think the most impressive part of the meal was the beet salad.

   This was some of the best Italian food I’ve had in Cincinnati. The portions were perfect (some may say a bit small, but I finished my plate and was full but not stuffed, which is perfect to me!), drinks were phenomenal and they treated us so nicely for our anniversary. Highly recommend the gnocchi - it’s out of this world! It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny for a special occasion.

   One of our favorite restaurants in the Cincy area and definitely our favorite restaurant for Italian cuisine. Service is outstanding and food - appetizers, salads, entrees, pasta and dessert - was delicious! It has become our go-to place for dining for special occasions. Everyone we introduce to it loves it too.

   We had an excellent meal with professional and gracious service. The menu is a nice mix of expected Italian standards coupled with thoughtful original preparations. You can really sense the pride they take in their house made dishes. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the meal. Not “cheap”, but very fair for what you get.
