    Great food but extremely slow service. We arrived and were sat in the back area. Ordered drinks right away and was about 30 minutes before we got them (most were beer). No water refills during that time too. Would have been understandable if they were busy, but there was barely anyone else in the restaurant and saw multiple staff members in the main area that didn’t seem to be doing much. Would try again, but only if we sat at the bar to ensure proper service.

    Drinks were good. I had a bloody Mary. Bare rim. Would have appreciated something on the glass...old bay, cayenne? No prosecco. My husband had cava. He enjoyed it.!!! He had French toast! 4⭐️ and I had the eggs and grits!! Very good but could have been a bigger portion.

    Dinner was delicious - the Chicken Milanese was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had and the fries were perfect. Loved the wine too. Can’t wait to go back.

    We had no trouble getting a reservation for six people on a Sunday night. We were gathering with colleagues after a weekend-long conference. Our server was attentive to our many requests, he was pleasant and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had what we needed. The food was great, everyone had a good time.

    Very tasty meal!! Cute place, food prepared well. A bit slow but worth the wait waitstaff friendly and working hard just didn’t have time to check on much.

    Overall the experience was disappointing. Fries were cold, the shining feature of the meal was a steak tartare Service felt like the server was constantly in the weeds We came in and the restaurant became busy fairly quick, which is great for the venue but the noise level was quite loud and you had to shout over the table next to you to be able to have a conversation

    P & K is our neighborhood favorite. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have one of the best burgers in the city, hands down. The menu is small, but offers great options that seem to change seasonally. There is always something new to try.

    Holly was our hostess and she is consistently awesome! Food was excellent as usual. Had a swordfish Milanese, and my wife had a chicken with potatoes and cheese greens - she loved it. P&K is a great neighborhood place - always go here. People who work there - like Holly - are awesome!

    Excellent food and service. Server was very attentive. Ambiance is neat. It was raining and we were not able to dine outside, but it looked beautiful. We will absolutely be back!!

    I was really excited to try the burger but it was underwhelming. The bun was dry and the fries were hard. They also forgot to add the bacon I requested.

    I rarely write negative reviews, but we waited almost 30 minutes before our waitress came to our table. The menu is pretty limited (we knew that going in), and the tilefish and pasta were both bland. Normally I wouldn’t be too upset, but this restaurant charges pretty premium prices for Philly standards, so I was hopeful for it to be better. One positive is the drinks are bomb (but also like $16-$18 per, which is steep).

    One of my all-time favorite restaurants. I really like how you keep changing up the menu but keep your signature dishes available as well. Based on what I love about eating out, you have nailed every aspect of the dining out experience. I hope Pub & Kitchen is around for a long, long time.

    Unfortunately, the eggs Benedict was poor quality. The poached eggs were over cooked, the biscuit was dry and hollandais had too much vinegar, fresh lemon would have been a better option.

    George was our guy and he was excellent. Always checking in on us and asking what he could do - great dude. We were at an outside table which we like because we have a dog, so a little louder as traffic goes by - but we signed up for that. Food is excellent. Started with whipped ricotta and toast. Split a smash burger and chicken Milanese sandwich. You’ll love it.

    We had an outdoor table, which was much quieter than inside. There was a lively happy hour crowd. My husband had the roast pork sandwich and loved it. I had the tuna crudo and the grilled Caesar salad. Both very good. We’ll definitely return

    service was ok, server was friendly but not necessarily attentive to our table. It took a very long time for the server to acknowledge our table. We sat waiting while he walked past several times but said nothing to us. The restaurant was not busy at that time. Then, Two guests dirty dishes were removed and the other 3 guests just sat there with dirty dishes in front of them.

    Great food - deviled eggs and extra crispy Buffalo wings as apps. Smash burgers with fries are awesome. Service excellent as usual. Favorite of our as we are local neighbors. Outside seats were great. Inside a little loud normally but not too bad. Been here about 2 dozen times and never disappoints.

    Despite it being "March Madness" and the place was packed - we have 8pm reservations and were shown right to our table - no waiting. The staff here is great! We ordered a couple of house cocktails which were served promptly and was a great start to our evening. I ordered the roast check which was delicious - I forget what my partner ordered (my chicken was just that good 😁) but he rave about his choice as well. Have been here many times and it always a wonderful experience!

    Grilled bologna, really? (It was actually mortadella, but grilled, it makes no difference.) On the happy hour menu online they offered oysters and shrimp cocktail, and I remember both being excellent on previous visits. It's the same old pleasant ambience, but the food is poor and the price excessive.
