Nice place for a quick lunch and view of the Philly skyline. Shout out and thank you to Rozzie ( supervisor). She arranged to get pancakes for my grandson even though it was lunch time

They weren’t properly staffed for the holiday, it took 45 minutes to get the menu’s alone. This wasn’t the first time this happened it’s a repeat performance that seems to coincide with holidays. It took close to three hours before the food arrived. The steak was fine but the broccoli was not cooked, seriously it was raw. The only reason we stayed was because we had great seats for the fireworks and we wanted to see just how bad they could get we had a lot of laughs. This wasn’t definitely a management issue.

We actually did not eat. The server never brought menus. The bartender was no where to be found. Nice outdoor space but service needs improvement

Good service and welcoming staff. My husband had the chicken Piccata which was very flavorful and a good size portion. I had the pasta primavera which wasn't as flavorful as the piccata but OK. For dessert we had the boubon cake which wasn't what I expected and was more mousse than cake. The location is right at the Delaware River and the view from the restaurant is nice.

It was a very nice outside. I had lunch outside with a view of the water. It was a great time.

The waterfront view is incredible after dinner you could easily walk down and enjoy the waterfront in the view .

Beautiful room and a great river view, but a mediocre menu and food and a poorly trained and inexperienced staff. Pretty disappointing.

We didn't actually eat here, but the rating system requires an answer to all the factors, so I gave 3 stars for food, etc. Apologies to the chef if the food is actually excellent; we didn't stay to try it. We arrived at the time of our reservation--6:30 pm on a Saturday--and were surprised to see only 4 customers. It was obvious the reason: there was music playing at such an ear-splitting volume that conversation would have been impossible. We immediately turned around and left. We were counting on a quiet date-night dinner, not a night-club experience. It was certainly not the "elevated dining experience" advertised.

We loved the Water Street Grill. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The server was wonderful. The atmosphere was pleasant and the view of the water with the large windows was amazing. We were a large group and we totally enjoyed the restaurant. Then we took a very short walk along the water to the aquarium. I will definitely return.
