My third visit to this location. First two visits were great. This time, the meat ranged from delicious to inedible. Service was good. But, inconsistency in food quality will make me think twice. Too bad.

This was our first wine dinner at this location - our usual location is Tysons in Virginia. This was really well done. The restaurant is beautiful and the back room was perfect. The food was delicious and the wines were fantastic. Thank you for a lovely experience!

It was my first time there and we were celebrating a birthday. The food was great! the drink i ordered way too strong, our first server was soso our second one though was outstanding! I would defiinitely check it out

I’ve visited Fogo de Chão in several states, and this was my second visit to the Ohio location. Up until now, all of my experiences have been exceptional — unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. The service was inconsistent and disappointing. Our assigned waitress disappeared for long stretches of time, and another staff member — who wasn’t our server — stopped by and asked questions in a manner that made it seem like we had overstayed our welcome. After sitting for over an hour, I had to request basic items like mashed potatoes and fried bananas. This dinner was meant to be a special celebration for my son’s 21st birthday, and I expected better. Ironically, we’ve received far better service at this location when there wasn’t a promotional event happening. We came prepared to enjoy and respect the dining experience, but unfortunately, this visit fell short of the standards we’ve come to associate with Fogo de Chão.

Tiara and Bree were excellent servers. They were very attentive. In fact, the entire staff was so attentive and helpful. The food was outstanding. We were offered all of the different types of meats and sampled most of them. The cold bar had great options, and the tomato soup was delicious. The whole experience was delightful. We would definitely return!

Last night’s dinner was no where as good as our previous time dining there. Our waiter kept forgetting everything we asked for. Also, because of the location of our table, it took a long time for meats to get to us, even after asking for certain cuts. Very disappointing and underwhelming.

We enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day dinner here. It was our first visit. They were super busy, but very attentive. We ordered the full Churrasco, which came with, in addition to all the meats, unlimited sides of garlic mashed potatoes, this Brazilian cheese bread, and the market table, which was clean, fresh, and had a good variety of better-than-your-average salad bar offerings—grilled veggies, hummus, a delicious citrus, chicken salad, Romaine and spring lettuce mix, and salad toppings. There was no lull in the meat servings. Gauchos we’re visible the whole time and we were able to have everything at least once, often without even having to indicate that we wanted it. With the full churassco, we got to have filet, ribeye (you could even request your preferred temperature), different chicken choices, pork belly, and other pork options, lamb chops, and lamb steak. The garlic mashed potatoes were a perfect side in my opinion—textually and taste wise (not too heavy on the garlic). We ended the meal with the crème brûlée cheesecake, which was TO DIE FOR, and I would choose it again and again and again—the cheesecake was the creamiest I’ve ever had and the caramelized sugar bark on the outside took it over the top. All in all a wonderful first experience and value. Our bill was about $158 before tip and that included a non-alcoholic specialty drink. We are already talking about and looking forward to the next special occasion when we can visit again.
