We have had again another amazing experience at Casa Cruz; the service is the best in the city: very attentive, polite and positive. The food is always fresh, best ingredients in innovative plates. Every time we go to Casa Cruz is better and the care of the manager and waiters, the best in the city. Thank you for making us feeling like home!

It was a delicious lunch. It was my first time ordering off the pre-fix menu, and it was just the right amount of food.

We ordered a salad to arrive wit scallops and the salad never arrived. The entrees took over 45 mins to arrive after we finished the scallops.

My recent visit was, unfortunately, a significant letdown, especially considering its reputation as a posh, upscale establishment with super expensive prices. While the food and decor was undeniably great, the overall experience was marred by service that fell far short of expectations. From the moment I was ushered after a great greeting in Lobby, the staff seemed inattentive and uninterested in providing premium service. It felt as though they were not well-trained for an upscale restaurant environment. There was a distinct lack of the polished, anticipatory service one expects when paying such a high price point. This inattention detracted significantly from what could have been a memorable experience. Ultimately, despite the delicious food, my overall experience was poor. Far worse than my experience at their London location. I had much higher expectations for a place of this caliber. Given the super expensive prices and the subpar service, I cannot recommend. There are other upscale dining options where the service matches the quality of the cuisine and the price.

Excellent personalized service. Quiet because of small environment. Excellent for a special occasion or just everyday exclusive private club feeling.

This is a fabulous and unique space. We dined on the roof top, it was lovely. The food and drinks were excellent. This is a very special place. I loved it.
