Le Soleil is a family-run restaurant that prides itself on creating a tasty dining experience that is inviting to everyone. Our unique cuisine is deeply rooted in the warm flavor profiles of Asian home-cooking with an approachable local twist.

Dennis’s love, passion, and creativity for cooking have been the key ingredients to his culinary achievements. Some of his signature dishes include Curry Crab, Hai Nan Chicken, Squid Ink Fried Rice, and a tableside Flambeéd Quail. Le Soleil is a staple in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood, serving generations of families since 1993.

Our server was nice and attentive. The food was very good and simple. I was hoping for the dishes to be a tad bigger. We probably ordered 80% of the dishes on the menu.

Fresh flavors and interesting plays on traditional dishes. There are many combinations found nowhere else and worth a special trip. 2 thumbs up!

This location has a very limited menu. The price is very high for the food offered. Feels more like a tapas restaurant.

Another big thumbs up for the Wong Family on their second Le Soleil location in SF! Ambiance: 5 stars The space is beautifully designed—modern Asian fusion with a bright and sophisticated vibe. A great blend of elegance and comfort. Cleanliness: 5 stars Everything was spotless and polished, from the dining area to the restrooms. No grease or dust in sight—very well maintained. Service: 5 stars Exceptional hospitality! Owners Annie Wong and her daughter Bianca personally stopped by our table multiple times, even while the restaurant was buzzing. Executive Chef and owner Dennis Wong (yes, from the kitchen!) also checked in—a truly special touch that made us feel welcome and appreciated. Food: 5 stars—WOW! Crispy Squab: Perfectly golden brown, flavorful and expertly done. Imperial Rolls: Delightfully crunchy with flavorful fillings. Tofu and Eggplant: A standout veggie dish—rich, savory, and super satisfying. Rib Eye Beef: Juicy, tender, and marinated just right—flavorful but not overpowering. Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Sausage and Pork: My absolute favorite. Generous portions of pork and Chinese sausage, topped with a beautiful egg. Served in a clay pot with stunning presentation—and tasted even better than it looked. Le Soleil SF truly delivers on every level. I’m bringing family and friends… this place is sooo good! Can't wait to come back!
