My family and I were very excited to try this restaurant at the Four Seasons but we left disappointed. The hostess who greeted and sat us was very friendly and we were sat right away, exactly at our reservation time. The restaurant was extremely loud to the point where I could not hear the person sitting across from me. The table ordered our cocktails and food all at the same time and the appetizers were which great came before the cocktails but the appetizers came out fast. After the appetizers were cleared, we waited over an hour for our entrees due to a "larger party" being ahead of us. Once we received our entrees, one of them was cold and the member of my party could not eat it. I will say everyone else in the party enjoyed their entrees. We did not even think about an after dinner cocktail or dessert due to the wait we had already experienced. Based on the prices of the cocktails and food, unfortunately we would not return.

It’s a Four Seasons Cafe 1. IYKYK. Food doesn’t disappoint but portions are too big. Ravioli pasta was too thick. The chef needs to try their restaurants in Milan to see the difference unless he is going for an American/New York taste. Front and back waiters are delightful individuals but table visits were too few and far between. Never saw the manager/assistant manager on a semi busy Saturday night during an 8pm reservation were we had 3 courses and held the table for 2 hours. Neither did any table in our section. They could do better. Pastry chef is genius. That course was perfect.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. I’ve managed a well known steakhouse and a well know Italian restaurant on Disney property and bar far this exceeded quality and product for both of them. The ribeye is hands down the best steak I’ve ever experienced and my spouse is a Chef! Highly recommend! Sam was very attentive as well and made the experience very enjoyable.

We were underwhelmed for a restaurant of this price point, The restaurant seemed more like a dining hall than a nice restaurant, The calamari was not properly cooked & very fishy, The pasta was good not great, If you are expecting a Four Seasons experience you will be disappointed

Fantastic legit Italian. Our server Francine remembered us from our previous visit. Simple food can be so incredible! Love that it’s low key, but it is really loud in the restaurant. Great vegetarian and vegan options!

We love this restaurant. The service is always top notch. We had a small issue that was so fault of the restaurant and the manager more than took care of us. The nicest people. Food is always great and super clean.

We were encouraged to eat from the buffet. I think it was suggested because it was close to the end of breakfast and the kitchen was closing. Food at the buffet was pretty disgusting. The "scrambled" eggs tasted like egg salad? Really weird consistency (chunky and slimy at the same time). Everything processed. The breakfast potatoes were potato wedges that you would get at a Publix deli section. The pastries were worse than Costco quality. The only saving grace was the smoothie bar (for an extra fee) and fresh fruit was a nice quality. The grounds are beautiful, the waiter was nice, the place was very loud with kids running around and being kidsvbut that is no one's fault. I didn't bring my own kids thinking it would be too upscale and stuffy for them but it was not.
