   Our server was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. He gave us some awesome recommendations, was super attentive with drink refills, and even taught us how to properly pronounce some of the dishes. Everyone on the team seemed genuinely happy to be there, which is rare these days.

   I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. From the moment we stepped into Andrés Carne de Res on Lincoln Rd, we were immersed in an atmosphere that was nothing short of electric. The place has this vibrant, almost theatrical energy – think Colombia meets Miami with a wild twist. Let’s start with the food. I’m a meat lover through and through, and the steak I had here might just be one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor – you can tell they take their meats seriously. I also tried a few bites of the churrasco and the lomo al trapo (wrapped in cloth and rock salt). Both were absolutely mind-blowing. You get that perfect char on the outside and tenderness on the inside that only real pros can pull off. Now, the service – wow. The staff wasn’t just friendly, they were genuinely warm. You could feel the pride they take in working there. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, gave us great recommendations (especially on cocktails), and always had a smile. It didn’t feel like someone “doing their job,” it felt like someone who wanted us to have a great time. And then… the music. This wasn’t just background noise – this was part of the experience. Live musicians, upbeat rhythms, and performers that make you feel like you’ve been transported to a fiesta in Bogotá. At one point, I looked around and nearly every table was clapping or moving along with the beat. Overall, Andrés is more than a restaurant – it’s a full-on cultural experience. The food, the music, the atmosphere – it’s a celebration from start to finish. If you’re in Miami Beach and want something beyond the typical dining experience, go here. Just be ready to eat,

   Second time visiting. First time they had just opened so we decided to give them a second chance. It was actually worse. Food was flavorless and took way too long for what was ordered. Will not be returning.

   Loved the energy, service, music, drinks, entertainment and ambience. But they served common food at a very high price. Would return for the entertainment and drinks. But I would not return for order food.

    THE MIAMI LOCATION IS THE WORST ANDRES CARNE DE RES OF ALL. We went to celebrate my friend's birthday there. When we arrived to the restaurant, there was no hostess for a couple of minutes. Then, she showed up and got another lady to walk us to our table. Since we entered the restaurant, it was a little hot and I don't think the AC WAS NO WORKING PROPERLY. We took the elevator and a couple asked us if we were going to the the Macondo event on the 2nd floor and we told them no. The hostess took us to the 3rd floor which looks like a pool restaurant, but without the pool menu and with the prices of a fine dining restaurant. It was a hot day and we were expecting to have the fun at Andres Carne de Res environment that you can enjoy in Colombia. Unfortunately, it wasn't like that. They wanted us to sit on a hot terrace in a pool looking restaurant, but with a VERY EXPENSIVE MENU IN A CHEAP ENVIRONMENT. I told the hostess we didn't like it and we came to celebrate a birthday, but she told us to tell the people downstairs which they said they didn't have any tables on the 1st floor and on the 2nd they were having an event. When I made the reservation they never told me we were going to be seated outside, like most restaurants tell you. They never apologized or tried to make it better. They just didn't care. ANDRES CARNE DE RES MIAMI TOTALLY RUINED MY FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY and I was very ashamed of having recommended such a bad restaurant in every way. I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO NEVER GO TO THE ANDRES CARNE DE RES IN MIAMI.
