Established September 2024 and located in Greylock WORKS in the Northern Berkshires.

Known for creating special experiences, the different food nights provide a window into the creators aesthetics. Seasonal fare inspired by classics for weekend dinners. Blue Mondays offer Soul Food with a Berkshire twist. Tu'sday allows diners to delve into Vietnamese family recipes.

New place in a cool space. The owner and chef was very engaging and spent time stopping by to tell us about the food and his place. We had bbq and chicken sandwich as well as the bread pudding great.

I had the most delicious duck rillette with house-pickled condiments and an out-of-this-world shrimp and blue corn grits. Shrimp was tender, cooked and spiced perfectly. Highly recommend!!

Food and service is very good. But the presentation and extras on plate like potatoes and vegetables change. So if you were looking for the same each time you go, it won’t be.

I ate here several times for brunch and dinner on various nights. Each time my visit was tasty and satisfying to the palate . I love the pho on Tu’sday’s with Tuh, hot wings on Monday and the steak or whatever the special is on Fridays. Paired with the cocktails from the distillery nextdoor, my dining experience has been fantastic.

This was one of the best meals we have had. Food was excellent and prepared well. Service was great. Able to answer questions about menu. All four of us felt the same, and we will be back. Looking forward to trying the Tuesday night Vietnamese menu.

Food is always good here. So many good choices to choose from for brunch, but I keep going back to the Cowpoke. Delicious! Need to try some others though because they all are good.

The Vietnamese brunch was outstanding with varied and delicious appetizer choices as well as main dishes. We enjoyed a lovely and leisurely meal in a friendly, casual and creative setting … ! We even got to meet the chefs! Love State!

Food was creative, delicious and well portioned - two of us shared two appetizers and a main and it was the perfect amount. The service was friendly and attentive. State Food + Drink does not currently have a liquor license but you are welcome to bring drinks over from neighboring Distillery at Greylock Works or BYOB. We look forward to being regulars!
