This was my very first time at JOEY's. Chose it for it's convenience to my home and access to the freeway. Cameron at the front desk was wonderful and very inviting as we entered the restaurant. Amanda was our server and she was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and was very personable and professional. Brooke came by a couple of times to check how we were doing and enjoying our meal. Lovely energy and very kind and polite. I had the new Carbonara dish and it was fantastic! Definitely savory with an Asian flare. My dinner partner had her usual fish tacos and she absolutely loved them once again! We sat in the atrium area which I had requested per my reservation for that evening. It was great! The only thing that I found somewhat annoying and irritating was the noise level. At times, it was very hard to hear anything that my dinner companion was saying. We were given a complimentary dessert of a chocolate fudge with raspberries and it was very decadent and intense. Overall, the food was great, the service was fantastic and the ambience nice. I will come back!

The food and drinks have always been excellent. Price point is a bit high and the restrooms could have used a little TLC

Had a great time last night at Joey. We had lettuce wraps and gyoza which were delicious. Our server Makayla was awesome. One of the managers Audric even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Oh and almost forgot the free champagne when we got there!

While the food is still good, the quality has gone down along with the portion sizes. Costs are higher now for this type of restaurant and quality. Very overpriced for what it is. Service was friendly but spotty. Did not receive silverware with main courses, few check ins for any needs, no ask for dessert. It’s not worth the cost for dinner. Would still go back for lunch as it’s so conveniently located with many food options.

Service and food excellent. Very noisy - requested a quiet location but the restaurant was busy and believe every table was noisy.

After a long graduation day, it was a delight to enjoy an early evening dinner at JOEY at University Village. The service was incredible, the food was perfect, and the atmosphere was positive and lively. Here's how everything came together for an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant was incredibly busy with countless visitors coming in from graduation. But the staff greeted everyone with a smile and a glass of champagne. And like a perfect Swiss watch, they worked together as a team to have us seated and fully taken care of throughout dinner with smiles, enthusiasm, and kindness. From the our initial greetings by Amber, Shanee, Cameron, Merideth, and Maya to the constant attention from Luke and Brooke, we felt like VIPs - as did everyone else. Attention to food allergies were made, filled glasses were brought, empty glasses were seamlessly swapped out for new filled glasses, food was presented and empty plates were removed - all so subtly that it was hardly noticed. All 6 of our plates were incredible with my extra kudos to the Chicken Parmigiana - all presented hot and fresh. And I can hardly use the word "restaurant" since it felt more like a dinner at home with the comfort, cleanliness, and elegant decor of an exclusive estate. This was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I can remember. It was the perfect ending to a graduation celebration that I had hoped for. Thank you again to Luke and Brooke for making this evening special.
