We waited almost two hours for our food to come out. I think the only reason we got it was due to the fire alarms going off and people leaving.

Awful experience. We made a reservation knowing it was a concert night & we would not have a lot of time. It took us 20 mins to just be sat at a table. We ordered right away. Took over 30 mins to get our drinks and that was after they told us they were out of our drinks we ordered. After an hour and a half of waiting for our food, our server apologized for the delay. We asked if our food was almost ready and if it wasn’t we asked her to cancel our order. Our server stated our food had not been started. We were so disappointed and had the absolute worst dining experience. Will never go back and support this establishment again. Bartenders were super ride and manager was not helpful

Waited in line 30 minutes with people who had no reservations when we had reservations, they then had no available seats because they’ve given them away to first come first serve versus the reservations. Once we were finally sat, we waited another 5 to 10 minutes for a server to finally notice us and take our order. See the chaos we put our order in immediately and it still took an hour for four burgers to come out. Never going back on an event day unless they make major service improvements. I easily could’ve solved this by having two lines one for people with reservations and one for not prioritizing those who had planned well.

10/10 experience upon walking into the building we were greeted and ask if it was us for the reservation which it was and all the staff were very friendly and respectful would definitely come back again and shoutout all the staff in bar Louie you guys rock 🤘

Food and wait staff were fantastic. There’s a lot to do at Westgate. 2 hr parking is limiting. If you get validation it should be unlimited.

Website said open at 1000am. Made reservation for 1000am. Found out that they open at 11 instead. Not happy to say the least and couldn't cancel my reservation either.
