Excellent menu with great variety. Ceviche was delicious! Ceviche was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely want to have it again. Fish tacos were also very good, as was the fish sandwich. Drinks were excellent. Good pour from the.bar. Our friends were able to bring theirnlittle.dog and we sat outside. Music from 4-6pm outside. It was a little too loud for conversation but we enjoyed the group. Stayed after the band ended and had a bery enjoyable, relaxed dinner. Service was very good.

Had Oysters, chowder and shrimp tacos everything was really good! Great atmosphere and good cocktails and good local beer list.

We went to Lefty's for lunch as part of the Savor Sarasota promotion. From the outside, I thought it was going to be a typical bar food establishment. To my pleasant surprise, we had a Manhattan chowder, mahi grilled tacos and raisin pudding for dessert. The soup was excellent. I can't remember the last time I had tacos but would go back to Lefty's for them again. And the bread pudding was the best I have ever had. Service was good. Definitely plan to return with friends.

Great seafood, great service (Brooklyn is awesome) and great value especially for Sarasota! Ambiance is a little quirky and lots of fun. You can actually enjoy lunch and hear your dining companions. The background music has a nice vibe and not too loud. Will definitely be going back!

Only 3 stars this time (we have eaten here before and it was 5 stars then), because my husband's meal was overcooked and dry. He got the seafood watershed dinner which had fish, scallops, and shrimp, all over done and quite dry, sadly. He was too kind to complain at the restaurant. I had the spinach salad with salmon and our guests had the lobster rolls, which they loved. Good service with Bobby.
