It was our 1st time dining at Marchellos and 1st impression was a pleasant and casual atmosphere. We ordered specials Baked Penne Sorrentine and Bucatini Fontana w/Chicken. Both dishes were nicely prepared and flavorful. Enjoyed a delish tiramisu and local pilsner Italian beer. Our server Calvin was attentive and provided great service which completed our dining experience. Highly recommend for authentic Italian cuisine when in Denver area.

This restaurant has such a cozy and comforting interior, with stylish decor and movie-themed pictures that add a unique touch. But the real star is the food — not only does it fill you up, it’s so good you’ll be head bopping with every bite. Highly recommend this place for both the vibe and the flavor!

The three of us had mozzarella sticks with a great marinara sauce. Also the soup with sausage was really good. We had pasta and a meatball sandwich. Two of us took dessert home because we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch! Great staff and service, as always! Marchello’s is our favorite Italian restaurant in three or four counties!

Marchellos is tucked inside a strip mall and opened back in August. It’s a no-frills Italian spot that’s perfect for a casual meal or dinner with family. The decor caught me off guard at first. Behind the host stand is a framed Happy Gilmore photo, and the walls are filled with 80s and 90s movie prints, which gives the space a fun, laid-back vibe. My server Calvin was friendly and helpful. I also had a chance to meet Marshall, one of the owners, who runs the restaurant with his partner Sandy. They’re from Long Island and used to own restaurants there and in the Hamptons. You can tell they know how to do New York Italian-American food the right way. Almost everything is made fresh in-house, aside from the pasta. The menu is affordable and full of variety. You’ll find pizza, seafood, heroes, Italian classics, homemade desserts, and even a gluten-free menu. They have $5 margaritas on Wednesdays and half-price bottles of wine on Tuesdays. Daily specials are written on a chalkboard wall. They started me off with warm garlic flatbread. It was soft and flavorful. I ordered the Eggplant and Chicken Parmigiana combo with spaghetti and the stuffed pepper soup. The soup had a tomato base and was filled with beef, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. It was hearty and comforting. The Eggplant Parm was exactly what I had been looking for. Thin slices, no skin, fried and baked with mozzarella, and a slightly sweet red sauce. The Chicken Parm was pounded thin, crispy, and topped with the same great sauce. I also took home the Baked Pasta Combo with lasagna, meatballs, and stuffed shells. Everything was flavorful and filling. For dessert, I grabbed the homemade Key Lime Pie and the Italian ricotta cheesecake with caramel. Both were excellent, and the cheesecake tasted like a homemade family recipe. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent food, great value. Friendly staff and an all around good experience. Gelato was amazing and the red sauce is so good !

They were very busy on Mothers Day. Our server was very nice but overall service was slow. I am sure this was due to them being so busy.
