Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

Deviled eggs were awesome as was the smash burger. Others had the short Eric’s and Nashville chicken sandwich and positive reviews on both. Wine selection has my favorite Sonoma Cutrer chard. Definitely will be back. Bartender Ramiro was awesome And attentive!

This is my third time here. It’s never too busy which I like. Only problem is that’s every time I’ve been there, they are out of 1-3 items. Of course, they don’t tell you that until you spend time selecting your choice, only to be told they are out of the key ingredient. Each time they have been out of fried green tomatoes. I suggest either making more and ensuing the supply or take it off the menu if you can’t meet the demand. Yesterday it was friend green tomatoes and catfish. Other time it was ranch. I’ve always been there at 5:30pm so they are out even before dinner. Our service has always been good. Food is good, nothing spectacular but they have many options for everyone in our party.

I enjoyed our meal very much. Service started slow due to a glitch but it was immediately remedied and was great throughout the meal. My only thing I would consider for next time would be to ask to sit in a booth in the main area. The room we were in was horribly loud. For older people and those wanting a conversation that isn't the best area. Overall, an interesting menu and cute place. I liked the easy parking in the garage just a short walk from the venue.

We’ve been here for dinner several times and the food and staff are top notch. This weekend, we went for brunch, and we were really pleased with how good it was! Get the biscuits. They are worth it

First off there was a loud buzzing sound going off every so often..the food on the Restaurant menu ..most was not available on the regular menu..so if you liked something and wanted to come back it was not on their normal menu..ridiculous!..Also the food was meh..crawfish etouffee had tiny pies of crawfish..can’t compare with Pappadeuxs..they say they are Southern cuisine forward..but the desert of shoo fly pie is actually Pennsylvania Dutch and had some elements of it..not impressed

Came for AZ restaurant week. Options for each course were great! Had the deviled eggs and bruschetta - both delicious! Hubby had hot chicken and beignets which were scrumptious! I had pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes, also delicious! Dessert we had strawberry cobbler and praline cake - yum! All in all, great experience!

It’s a bit noisy but not enough to keep us away. The crab cake benedict was delicious and so filling. We sat outside and it was very nice. We will be back.

We’ve been a few times before and had great experiences was very disappointed this time around. Food took an hour to get when it wasn’t that busy. Looking at the kitchen staff they were talking and joking around. We watched our food sit on the counter for over 20 minutes before it was delivered. When the food did arrive some of the dishes were missing things. Although, the kitchen was at fault it would have been nice if the server offered any kind of apology or got the manager, and didn’t even come and check in on us.
