We made dinner reservations in advance because I knew we were coming to town and I absolutely LOVE their fried chicken meal. Unfortunately, they had a very limited Show Menu for that night which did not include the fried chicken meal. The server and the manager were extremely apologetic, helpful, and accommodating, helping us pick the closest thing to what we wanted. They were even able to get me my favorite sides which weren’t even on the menu for that night. AMAZING Customer Service to say the least! Definitely will be returning on a night they have the Full Menu the next time we are in town.

This time was a great experience. They sat us down right away. The food was freshly cooked. We ordered the 16 pcs chicken and they did not disappoint. Our sides were mashed potatoes with chicken gravy and french fries. We also ordered the strawberry salad wich was good for 2-4 people. Service was great and quick. Staff is very friendly. Overall, i will still come back here and enioy their delicious chicken.

I ordered the french bread pizza which was undercooked but tasty and took forever to get. Service was slow and non attentive. The music was blaring and conversation was truly hard. I am 60 and maybe too old for this restaurant so take what I say with that in mind.

I had a 6 pm reservation for 3 on Saturday 8/20. I had. a 10 year old with us and was turned away at the door. The restaurant is 18+? That would have been good to know when I made the reservation. I also had tickets to the show that night (Goose). But your rude staff who tuned me away for dinner wasn’t going to get the pleasure of seeing me again. So I didn’t go to the show. I’ll never set foot the place ever again.

had an EXCELLENT time at BB in LV.. staff was helpful.. service was wonderful.. seating / arrangements were cool.. and of course the concert was magnifico!.. celebrating a Fab50 Bday... Our overall experience was wonderful.. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas!

The venue is really neat with a carnival/circus freak theme. The Really Sloppy Joe and Chicken were "really" good. Service was surprisingly very good, too, and all of the employees were friendly and/or playful. We went here 2 xs in the same week. The first time was a concert night, and even though there were lots of people there and it was a fun environment, it was not that loud in the restaurant area. The second visit, the restaurant was empty, so it was quiet and sort of weird. Supposedly the bowling lanes (in a different area than the restaurant) were busy, but you could not hear them in the slightest. Still, we liked the food so much the previous visit and it's still a neat looking place, so we stayed and were glad we did. This place deserves to be busier on nights when there's not a concert or party.

This was a horrible experience. I made a reservation online because I have had other bad experiences with Brooklyn Bowl though I wanted to give them another chance. I made the reservation for 11pm because according do their website on September 19 was happy hour free concert night and night from 11pm to 1am and we wanted to bowl and have a early night out for our anniversary. We got to the door and a security guard looked at us as if we were in the wrong place. I told him I had a reservation for tonight at 11 p.m. and he said that everyone had left already because no one came. He said I could talk to someone though none of it made sense. Why was I able to make a reservation for tonight and you're own website said you are having something that night. I just know we wasted our time to be turned around. We are locals trying to enjoy our local amenities but I guess you're more concerned with tourist, I don't know.

We had dinner before a show and ate their Fried Pickles which was a bit on the spicy side. We shared the Strawberry salad, it's good but the cheese was basically absent, along with a plate of the Chicken Wings. Then Chicken was moist and delicious. The breading was thick and tasteless.

We love to eat at Brooklyn Bowl when we are in Las Vegas. Love their Fried Chicken, Fried Pickles and Wedge Salad Bowl. We made our reservation with Open Table when we arrived in Las Vegas. It was for a Tuesday night at 6:45. We rearrange our schedule just to eat there. We took a cab from our hotel and when we got there, we were notified that the venue was closed for a private party. We showed the person at the door our reservation that we made on Open Table, he called the manager and he met us at the door. He asked if we could come back another night, we said, the next night, Wednesday but they were also closed for a private party. We were leaving on Thursday so we left without getting to eat there. We were very disappointed, not with Brooklyn Bowl but with the Open Table Reservation.

Large portions of food for a good price. I went with 10 other people and would say 8 were happy with their choice. The only 2 unhappy ordered the fried chicken for what it’s worth. Easy to split portions. Nice drink selection. Went on a Tuesday evening before riding the LINQ and not busy. Short walk to the LINQ and other entertainment. Have also been to bowl/concert - fun venue! Will continue to go back.

I called them directly. The automated recording prompted me to make reservations on open table. So I did. When I got my whole party there. They were closed for a private event. No warning. We paid 2 Uber’s to get there. And were not able to get in. Very upsetting.

We didn't get to eat there because there was a private event and OpenTable allowed us to book two reservations for our group during that time. This was our second attempt in 3 months to eat there and couldn't due to a private party. I tried calling twice within 2hrs to make sure they were open but was advised by their voicemail to go to OpenTable to book a reservation. I left a voicemail on my first call because voicemail said I could just to see if I could alter my reservation. I received no call back that there weren't tables available due to a private party. Extremely disappointed, heard the food is great, can't tell you. OpenTable however is really convenient and easy to use if there really is availability. I can't rate the location fairly because I didn't get to eat there but I can't submit this without a rating. Maybe one day I can eat there and rate 5 stars.

We had not been there for a few years and it was totally different: the only seating for the restaurant was in the actual bar at bar tables, there was no actual restaurant like there used to be. We ordered quite a bit of food for the five of us so it took a bit and people who were sat after us were served before we were. The food was delicious when it came out - some fries were cold so we sent them back and got new ones. It was really, really loud in there with the music blaring so for middle aged people with hearing issues, talking and communicating was difficult. Chairs were not that comfortable. Probably don't need to go back.

Who would think that Las Vegas could do fried chicken better than the South? I'm from Arkansas and we know good fried chicken but this place does it. Best fried chicken I've ever had. I've eaten here on 3 different occasions and it has yet to disappoint. My favorite place to eat eat in Vegas that isn't a steak house.

Been here before and always a good place to grab a bite. My bff was visiting from San Diego and decided to take her out to dinner. It's great location since it's in the middle of the strip. Parking is still free for locals which is a plus. They have different live bands that plays every weekend some are free and some you have to purchase. All in all it was a good experience

After having seen this venue on TV getting great reviews for it's Fried Chicken, we decided to give it a try. They were right! The chicken is great! Even though I'm not much into white meat because it's usually dry, theirs is moist and full of flavor. They have some great appetizers, we had the Calamari and it was great. They open at 5pm and are open late. They also have a great music venue and a few bowling lanes that you wouldn't even know were there because it's not noisy as you would think. You can also order food from their menu at the bowling lanes. We look forward to returning in the future.

Waitress kept forgetting about our drinks, thinking smiling would be okay for not being there when needed. The place was less than 25% full and service just lacked. I can't imagine what service would be like if it was busy. Chicken bites were very salty, mac and cheese was hard from being over cooked. We had to ask the bus guy to get our check. Because we had 3 people we weren't allowed to sit at a regular table, we were put at the high table with high chairs that made it hard for my son to get up. We will not be going back again.

My wife and I have been in 'Vegas for 20+ years...we have never had such a bad experience attempting to see the Ben Harper concert at the Brooklyn Bowl 05/25/17. After seeing concerts for the last 40+ years in the EU, Australia, US, MX and many other places, we have never had to leave a venue because after 2+hrs, we were still listening to an opening act of music by a musician we were not informed about, waiting for Mr. Harper to appear. We specifically called BB prior to the show and asked mgt. the best way to visit the venue. We arrived at 5:00 PM for dinner; after spending $50 for taxis, $100 at dinner and nearly $200 for 'Club' seats at the BB; it was a complete bust. Seating was completely wasted and view of the stage blocked by the drunk deadbeats that stood in front of the seats. For nearly 2-hours, we were compelled to watch a solo acoustic act by an artist we did not know, nor was his opening act posted on any of the advertising for the show. When we asked to speak to a mgr., we were told by BB Mgr. Hernandez, (who does not speak Spanish, but perhaps he should learn how to), that Mr. Harper might show on stage by 10:00 PM, but that BB had no control of when Mr. Harper shows up on stage...REALLY?!!! WTF?! Such a disappointment, we were home by 9:40 PM, because, what is the point? Who in their right mind would willingly spend $300+ to see a 2-hour concert by a virtual unknown waiting for Mr. Harper to descend from heaven to perform. I will be asking for a reversal of tkx fee on our cc, for the non-disclosed 2+ hour opening act, and will never return to the 'Brooklyn Bowl'. One of our worst experiences in Las Vegas. Unbelievable and very sad.
