   Overall our dinner was decent. I felt like the courses were coursed out a bit too slow. Waiting 15 mins in between finishing courses seems long. The lobster burrata was very good. The prawns were a little over cooked and I thought the dish needed more sauce but it had good flavor.

   I dined on May 3rd, May 4th and May 5th at Levant and will never return to Levant ever again. On May 4th, the service started extremely rush, I reached out to one of the partners in the US & the situation was corrected. On May 5th we returned, party of 3 with a reservation for 8:15 pm. On the onset, there was an issue with the “I don’t speak Spanish” hostess. I am completely fluent in both English & Spanish but her attitude was less than welcoming. After all, this restaurant is in San Juan & if it is to be successful it will also depend on the local clientele. We left at 11:15 pm after waiting 3 hours to be served, only 3 appetizers were served and a dessert. The main courses never arrived. Staff came trying to explain the unexplainable wait with excuses such as “they had receive a group of 30 with a reservation for 25”. It seems this group of mainlanders was prioritized. We had a confirmed reservation for a party of 3. The table adjacent to us arrived later than we did, were served and finished before we left. I don’t know if we were “punished” for complaining the previous night about the rush service but a wait time of 3 hours is impossible to explain. The restaurant is in a beautiful space, the food is very well executed but the management is completely inept, unprofessional, and lacks the seriousness of a fine dining establishment thus the service is absolutely horrible. Our server, Alexandra was the only person who was genuinely apologetic. There are plenty of great restaurants in San Juan so best go elsewhere. The reason I went 3 consecutive nights is because I was staying at La Concha and it was convenient to dine with family and friends.

   Spectacular setting. One of the most beautiful and unique restaurants anywhere. Food was OK but not spectacular. Service was very friendly but could be more efficient. Self parking super expensive and uncomfortable to find a spot.

   Excelente servicio y muy buena la Comida y postre. El ambiente dentro y fuera del restaurante está a otro nivel , gracias por tan bonita atenciones .

    It was my wife's Birthday and the service was excellent and very attentive. The food speaks for itself. Ingredients are top notch and Chef does a great job in bringing out each flavor in its dishes. My recommendation is to try at least one plate of each of the offerings.
