   Wow wow wow!! Eataly makes you feel like you are right in ITALY! The customer service is warm and inviting- Asia waa our waitress she was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was 10/10 pizza delicious! Pasta dishes fresh and flavorful! Wine was very nice compliment to the food dishes. Was even able to get got water to warm my baby's bottle. Charlie on the floor was excellent- full of Italian food knowledge, friendly, warm, funny! Will definitely come back for the delicious food, cozy atmosphere and excellent service provided by the staff.

   Eating at Eataly is an experience! The food and wine in the restaurant are available in the retail section. The offerings are authentic, delicious and diverse. As a gluten free eater, the pizza is the best in the area and perhaps rivals the gluten free pizza I had in Italy last year which is saying a lot given the Italians dedication to delicious gluten free options. It would be great to have it as a take-away item! Shantelle was an attentive, knowledgeable and experienced server with a great personality. We will be back!

   Awful service and the kitchen was clearly backed up. Multiple issues with our order and nothing done to remedy it.

   We had a beautiful Mother’s Day lunch! The cocktails were very fresh and delicious, the ambiance is fun, and the pizza is AMAZING. The best part of the lunch was our incredibly attentive waitress Shantelle. She treated us to 5 star service all the way! We will definitely be back and hope to see her again. Thanks!

   I usually head to the downtown NYC location so it’s nice to have an Eatly 15 mins away and same amazing quality food. What a great way to spend Mother’s Day with my daughter.

   Food was excellent. The service was horrible, our server was overwhelmed at all the tables she had, which weren’t even a lot. Management seemed to not do anything. They need better trained staff, from bussers clearing tables to servers being more friendly to just overall better hospitality.

   We couldn’t substitute a boiled egg for a poached egg even tho it would have been easy to do because many dishes had a poached egg on them. The extra protein I ordered on my salad was tiny to say the least. I just don’t think it was worth the price and all the hype of having to get a reservation in a place that’s in the mall.
