Beautiful place, great bartender (S. Pool - brunette fun girl) ! Crystal our server was super! Sat upstairs in a booth, but will try to sit more outdoors next time . The volume was a bit much between the music and loud was of all the tables full, may try a different seat next time

We usu have very good meals and a great overall experience at Windy City. . Tonight was not one of them. It took a long time to get our food and it came out luke warm like it had been sitting around. The Brussels sprouts dish didn’t have good full pieces to it, it was mainly separated leaves and the oysters were very slimy. We were upstairs and the noise level was very loud. We were also on the side where you were open to the outside and it was hot. Granted we picked a hot day to go, but it was hot. We will go back though.

We had an amazing time at Windy City Social! The atmosphere, food, and service were all top-notch. Darko gave us fantastic recommendations, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The menu offered a great variety, and everything we tried was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

We had reservations for 630 and we were taking immediately upstairs. Beautiful atmosphere great view of the lake. Weather was very nice that day so it was a great experience. I ordered the lobster roll, which was delicious! My husband had the shrimp tacos, which he really enjoyed and then he ordered a side of their brussels sprouts, which he said were phenomenal. We would definitely go there again!

Waited 25 minutes before getting waited on only after stopping a bus boy to fine a waitress. Then had to go to bar to pick up drinks she did not bring back. Waitress never came back had to go to bar to get drink refills. Food once we finally were able to order and receive was good. A manager came by the table after we were there over 2 hours and apologized for the service. Most likely will not return.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I visited this restaurant hoping for good food and a welcoming environment. Instead, I was served undercooked food—not just poorly prepared, but dangerously undercooked. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the issue was dismissed with attitude rather than corrected. Even worse, I couldn’t ignore the racial profiling going on in the restaurant. I noticed staff treating customers of color with suspicion and less courtesy, while others were welcomed warmly. It was uncomfortable and offensive. Restaurants are supposed to be about hospitality and quality. This place failed at both. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone until they fix their kitchen standards and address their clear bias in how they treat paying customers.
