So many misses with our Thanksgiving experience, amongst some of the best food in the area - which winds up being frustrating and disappointing. The kitchen and chef(s) really know how to deliver excellent fare. And the bartender knows how to make a perfect martini (though the 10 minute explanation on their methodology from the other bartender was annoying, especially to a former bartender). The restaurant is very attractive, but there is a clear difference between a Glendale steakhouse and the ones in more upscale neighborhoods, or even downtown (where we had an amazing steak Thanksgiving last year). The service was appalling, once seated and followed by profuse apologies, but for dinner for two that cost OVER $700.00 including bar bill... we don't want apologies, we want excellence from beginning to end... If the food wasn't so fantastic, I'd probably want my $$ back, but I must give credit to every single dish, where credit is due.

Used to be the best steak in Southern California… and a team that listened to every comment. Still great but they are so busy they have misplaced the great personal care they used to have. Love the food just want back that tender loving care.

One of the best steakhouses I've been too, and I've been to quite a few. This place was actually recommended to us by the waiter at Ruth Chris, and Bourbons overdelivered. We love this place and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Celebrated an anniversary and everything was phenomenal! Our waiter Pj was very attentive, had great recommendations and all around very welcoming. Alejandro was also very attentive with our table in checking in on us. We had an amazing 1st experience at bourbon steak and will definitely be returning!

Excelente service, staff was awesome friendly and professional. Food was fantastic although not using the open flame for a steak is a downgrade for me But that’s what we get when we give too much power to government PJ’s is great, so is everyone Highly recommend

My wife and I come here on our anniversary every year, and the staff at Bourbon Steak always makes it feel extra special. They gave us a personalized greeting card that the staff signed for us, and it showed an extra touch of care and service. Everyone that came by our table wished us a happy anniversary, which made my wife feel very special. Our server was PJ, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home. One of the best places to eat in L.A.!

I can't imagine a better experience than we had at Bourbon Steak for my daughter's post-graduation celebratory dinner. The service was beyond extraordinary, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Even though we had specifically requested an outdoor table, when we arrived, we decided we'd prefer an indoor table - the staff made that happen quickly and without any fanfare. That's unheard of. Although we live in Beverly Hills, we will gladly make the drive to Bourbon Steak for our future celebrations big and small. We have many restaurants a stone's throw away, but Bourbon Steak is so far ahead of the pack, it's worth the drive. Thank you for an incredibly memorable evening. We'll be back soon.
