   I had dinner at Ms. Jane’s last night and honestly, I’m still thinking about it this morning. I ordered the Picanha steak (first time trying it!) with the red chimichurri sauce. I didn’t know what to expect, but wow—it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The sauce had just the right amount of kick, not too spicy, just enough to wake up the taste buds. The steak came with a very generous helping of hasselback potatoes and asparagus, which were both cooked perfectly. Crispy edges on the potatoes, tender asparagus. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy but still felt upscale. Service was spot on too—friendly, attentive, and never overbearing. It was one of those meals where everything just felt easy and well taken care of. My only regret is that I didn’t save room for desert (whoops—*dessert*). Next time for sure. Well done, Ms. Jane’s.

   It was the first brunch buffet event here, therefore there were more misses than hits unfortunately. On the bright side it’s a beautiful location being upstairs with view of the mountain on nice day, huge dining area nicely designed. Service seemed friendly. The cons were very limited buffet, as in No meat station, no salads, no pasta, no desserts. It’s simply your breakfast pastries, egg dishes (including omelet station), pitiful ( frozen) potatoes, sausages, bacon, they did have a delicious fresh poached salmon, and a bagel/lox bar. So if you’re looking for certain dishes and an abundance of variety this isn’t it. Hoping they will make improvements, but $60 isn’t justified at this point. Champagne was added $25 for bottomless which did include juices.

   I literally was completely taken away because I went in with low expectations and to my pleasant surprise the service and attentiveness I received was that of a 5 star steakhouse. The servers were amazing and memorable and personable the food was amazing and the presentation was a chefs kiss! Do yourselves a favor and check this out for yourself! Worth every penny!

   Took my wife for her birthday, overall amazing. Five star service, the food was amazing from start to finish and the view of Mount Rainier was the cherry on top. Highly recommend if you haven't been there. You won't be disappointed.

    We went for our 50th wedding anniversary. We felt like royalty from the minute we walked in. Our server, Levi (hope I'm remember the name correctly) was funny, attentive and helpful, taking photos for us, recommending wine, and conversing with us, answering questions about the menu. Joshua Turnipseed was the Chef who personally came to our table to introduce himself and tell us stories about his family and tribal legends where many of his culinary delights were inspired. Everyone stopped by to wish us happy golden anniversary. They even personalized our menus commemorating our special day. Finally a delicious, complimentary desert. What a fabulous place! Not stuffy and impersonal like most upscale restaurants and I'd be remiss not to mention the food! Omg perfection. We had the baked salmon and rib eye with a bourbon cream sauce, a beautiful stacked salad that was bursting with unique flavors. My husband had an appetitizer of pan seared sea scallops that were so flavorful and melted in his mouth and the Chef brought the starter course to our table. I can't remember what it was called but it was a flaky little pastry with duck and a yummy sauce. It was his creation inspired by the story of how his tribe used to hunt ducks for food. I'll leave the specifics for him to tell but it was all wonderful, creative, and very special. Oh, the desert was a mint chocolate chip Gelato! Yummy.
