Being a regular fogo customer, it was very disappointing to me the service we received. I feel. I had to ask for everything I wanted, or needed. I was barely checked on, and nothing was brought to me. I am visiting from Chicago and to me It was a disappointing experience.

What an experience!!! Our server Alejandro is the best server we've had in a long time..Super attentive and personable.. The guy has only been a server for 10 days. We're from Middle Ga. and definitely will be coming back soon. Thank you much for the great service and food!!

Service was excellent and really the only thing it has going for them. Took a super long time to get the first round of meat. Almost as if they were trying to get you full off of the sides. Not all meats came out. We were there about 2 hours before sausage even came out. Food was just ok. For the price, it should be better than what it was.

I have gone to Fogo de Chão on international drive multiple times and have loved it. Me and my wife wanted to try this one to avoid all the traffic on I-Drive. I am very disappointed with this location. First off they forgot about my wife’s alcoholic drink. They hardly came over to check on us, it took an absurd amount of time to receive the meat. I had to ask 3 different people to have someone come over with the steak I wanted. Which was the only reason I went there to begin with. So after seeing the bill for $140.00, we have decided that we most likely will not return to that location.

The servers were friendly and attentive but the actual service (getting drinks from the bar, dessert) took extremely long. We were almost done eating by the time our drinks came. We were sat at 5:30 on a Thursday and the restaurant was not busy. The meats and desserts were delicious!
