Haymarket is a modern European restaurant with Caribbean influences from Chef India Doris, formerly of two MICHELIN-starred SAGA, and restaurateur Alex Pfaffenbach (Eleven Madison Park, Quality Branded). Located in the heart of Chelsea, the restaurant’s seasonal menu draws from Chef India’s British-Caribbean roots and her culinary experience across London, France, and Spain.

The richly layered dining room features velvet chairs, warm banquettes, and custom finishes that create an intimate yet lively atmosphere. A creative cocktail menu, led by Chris Figueroa (Overstory, Crown Shy), highlights bold, unexpected flavor combinations alongside elevated non-alcoholic options.

Great spot, fantastic service. The food is some of the best I’ve had in NYC after living here for several years. Plan on doing tapas style, and be sure you include the peri peri chicken in your food mix.

The food is so interesting and everything was delicious! Don’t skip the cocktail and desert menus. Both are a must. Beautiful atmosphere and the entire staff are pros. It’s a refreshing welcoming spot!

Fabulous new restaurant with deceptively simple dishes with clever, twists, and bold new flavors. Everything was absolutely delicious the hey Barbie, the salt cord fitters, the Dorade were standouts...

Probably one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in nyc! The food was out of this world, ambiance and vibe were immaculate, but the service takes the cake. Everyone was so attentive and kind! Can’t wait to be back.

I had such a fantastic experience here last night! The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully executed. You can really tell India and the entire kitchen puts care into every detail. The drinks, though, were just as unforgettable. Each cocktail was well-balanced, inventive, and thoughtfully crafted. The flavors were creative without being overwhelming, and the presentation added a really nice touch to the overall experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food, great cocktails, and a memorable dining experience.
