Very beautiful restaurant, the restaurant is very pretty lights are dimmed it has inside outside and bar sitting areas which are all very aesthetically pleasing. Food in the other hand was very mid. The concept is really nice it’s all in appetizer portion so you can order a little bit of everything as you go. But when it came to the taste it wasn’t as good, nothing we ordered had that much flavor the nigiri’s were good but the sushi rolls didn’t have any flavor what’s so ever we also got that truffle noodles it tasted very seafood that one did have flavor but they forgot to put our order for those and we waited around an hour just for that to come out and the server didn’t swing by during that time. Music, they can do way better, sometimes they had very upbeat music which didn’t fit with the vibe of the restaurant. The restaurant is very nice looking and classy but later on they put a little more relaxed music which made everything way better.

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant in Orlando. The fish is perfectly prepared and presented. Very authentic experience from the food to the bar program. Service is exquisite also

The one and only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the hostess. Place was half empty and asked for a table but she said if we didn’t have a reservation it would be over an hour wait quoting 1-1.5 hrs. We were disappointed but it’s ok. She recommended a sushi bowl place around the corner instead, we decided to go and immediately knew we were not going to eat there. I turned around went online and saw that Oza had available reservations every 15 minutes. Unbelievable! I made a reservation and showed up again and were seated. Our experience once seated was amazing. Our server was excellent, I think his name was Kay, he made recommendations that did not disappoint, the food was quick to come out and everyone was very attentive clearing our plates quickly. I’m bot local but would definitely come back (with a reservation).

Appetizers were hit or miss. The conch salad was good but needed some citrus. The oysters did not taste super fresh. Sushi was good but between the apps and sushi was a 45 minute wait. They had one sushi chef and he was overwhelmed . Walked by and it looked like he was making all the tickets before sending any out. He had about twenty plates done and just sitting there. Then at some point like a post swarm they all went out.
