   We attended for Mother’s Day. We are no problems with getting seated as we had made a reservation through OpenTable, but the music was so loud and once we were seated, we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Also it took a long time for our food to come and when it came the burger and fries, I ordered for both cool not cold but cool like they’ve been sitting waiting to be picked up. The server was kind, nice friendly, but I believe she was overworked as she didn’t come to our table often enough to ask us if we want or need anything else I would go back to give this place another opportunity to present is true flavor and food service as being that this was Mother’s Day and it was extremely busy and crowded

   First visit to Prime on the Mile and I have to say all the good reviews were on point. Went on Mother's Day with my mom and she and I both enjoyed it. The ambiance is very nice and up to date. The service was friendly and attentive. The food delicious and plentiful. The music played by the DJ had the vibe just right. They also had a live performer going table to table. All in all, 5 stars! Check em out!

   Food was good, ambience was good, service horrible & the Spanish supervisor was horrible along with the Spanish server. Please clarify with your customers if unlimited is over at 5pm last order is at 4:30, however our server ignored us & we didn’t speak to her until 4:44pm. The supervisor came & spoke to us after & stated he can only give us 1 drink only at that time we spoke, didn’t give us our drinks until 20 mins later. We have been here as a group several times & never had this type of serious. Will not be returning.

   We ordered the salad with crab meat and calamari as appetizers (which was amazing!!!) and we then both ordered the lobster pasta...the pasta was well seasoned and the lobster was great....if I never ordered appetizer I would have gotten another lobster pasta. The bartender even made a special daiquiri at my partner's request with 3 different colors. I had 2 watermelon martinis. Aaaamaaaazzzzinnnggg!!! Ambience was everything. Our server was great and so accommodating. Definitely going bk in the summer

   We went for my husband’s birthday. We felt a great vibe once we walked in. Our waitress Nielly (not sure of the spelling) was GREAT. We will definitely be back

   Dj was great. Service was a bit slow but our waitress Tatiana was lovely. Hostess was a bit weird. Wanted to seat us at a table oddly located in front of an active walkway. When we stated we’d prefer one of the other two tables it better areas, she informed us that they were for reservations. We had a reservation as well 🙃. We will definitely be back but not anytime soon.

    First time dining here. Our server Sam was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu options. The fried snapper and short rib pasta were delish!
