We went for lunch and it was not a good experience. The service was sooo slow - there were only 5-6 tables with people but we waited 40 mins just to get our appetizers and drinks. The food was fine but not worth the price. They were offering free dessert if you gave them 5 star ratings on Google - this just makes their restaurant inauthentic. The ambience was fine but nothing exciting for us to return ever again.

This was a great spot for a casual dinner with friends. From the appetizers to dessert everyone enjoyed the meal. A few favorites were the Dubai chocolate cheesecake cake and baklava ice cream.

Way way way too many flies. I was trying to get flies off my food the entire meal. The protein portioning is very small even for me and I have small appetite. They do serve plenty of rice. The hummus was yummy but the pita is just barely warm and definitely not house made; amazing pita or well toasted with accompaniments would have made it craveable. The charge extras for everything… fine since the pricing is fair but also a little silly. Decent experience but unlikely to go back.

Second visit to Layaly. Both times have been excellent. Had the lamb kabobs this time -so flavorful! Also had an unusual Old Fashion made with date syrup. It's my new favorite drink now. I've already ordered the date syrup for the house - it was THAT good. Fair warning, it's on the sweet side, but that is the way I like it. The special was a squash stew with tomatoes and we ordered but they had just run out. So we ordered our meal, and then the server came out with a "half-dish" , not enough for a full order and she brought it to the table "on the house" while we waited for our dinners. It was so cool that they provided a way to taste the special, even though they were out. No room for dessert but want to try the Dubai cheesecake next time!

One of the best middle eastern restaurants in Atlanta. Syrian and Lebanese food. This is a homemade food restaurant. I go there once a month and I can't get enough. The service is top notch!
