   Went at 6pm on a Thursday. My friend asked for topo Chico. They didn’t have it or carry it, which is fine but she wasn’t offered an alternative that they did carry. Ordered spinach artichoke dip and they had just served the last one so it wasn’t available. Ordered two waygu glizzys. They only had enough buns for one. It just seemed absurd. Manager comped the meal but still odd. Prob won’t be back.

   Staff at front desk was rude and dismissive when checking in for reservation. Bartender was slow and unresponsive to requests. When we were sat we asked about allergens and the allergy menu. The staff member had no idea about what was gluten free or could be modified. He did not ask kitchen or check in to say what could be ordered. Order was delivered to table not with allergy modification. Final check included items that were not ordered. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks or topped up on water

   Been here several times and always enjoy the ambiance. A decent happy hour. I liked the rooftop and the service was great—Leo was very kind and attentive, as well as efficient! The burger was great, but I'm definitely passing on the spinach dip next time—very mid. One weird note: mocktails are still $14 which is more expensive than just getting a happy hour cocktail for $9; I think it would make more sense if getting an N/A martini was equivalent to the happy hour price of one with alcohol...

   Service was awfully long and everyone got their food one at a time causing us all to eat separately. Pasta was very salty

   We had a Mother’s Day reservation. Which I made myself because I was looking forward to going to this place. We get there and there is no hostess in the front we wait like 10 mins before someone comes to the front, then someone comes and tell us give me a few mins please. walks away and we wait another 10 Mins to be seated. Then when we finally get seated no one even came to us to take an order or even bring us water. We literally sat there for about 20 mins. We got up and left and I don’t even think they noticed. Thank god STK had reservations open so my Mother’s Day wasn’t ruined. Another thing was we were literally seated next to a table that was disgusting dirty full of food and stuff from the last party. It’s like they were understaffed and overwhelmed. I really believe they didn’t even notice we got up and left

   I went with my mother and sister in law and everything was super good especially the corn and pstar martini we will be back again .
