The food was overall good, but our service experience was not the best. We were there for over 2 hours for appetizers, entrees, and dessert. We would wait 15-20 minutes after finishing a course before our waiter would come back to check on us. Cherry on top was that they brought out our dessert and lit a candle and said Happy Birthday to my husband…it was our anniversary… I have family members who have had great experiences here, but we just had a dud experience.

Fabio is one of our favorite chefs, so we tried his new restaurant, Giostra. Very disappointing. My wife had Pollo marsala and I had their daily special- shrimp and leek risotto. Both dishes were over salted. The Marsala did not have great flavor. The risotto shrimp were under cooked and the leaks were over cooked to the point of being very strong and hard Maybe will we will try Giostra again and order more traditional Fabio entrees

We love that this restaurant customizes dishes for lactose intolerance—it makes a big difference. This was our second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first. Our server, Anthony, was fantastic. Even on a packed Saturday night, he stayed attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great job, Giostra! We’re looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

It was so hot it was almost unbearable inside, and very hard to enjoy the food. The food was just okay, especially for the price point. I recommend they address the A/C issue or close until they can fix it on these hot days.

Our new favorite restaurant! Fabulous margarita focaccia, chicken Milanese, Chicken Parmesan and brussel sprouts. Giant portions and incredibly fresh. Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

Food was good and staff was excellent! Stacy and Rebecca were friendly and attentive. Lots of busboys ready to take dirty plates out. We had dined here once before and loved the arancini, piccata, and steak for our Sunday lunch. We took our neighbor for his birthday this time and he enjoyed his fettuccine al ragu and had to take half home because it was a huge serving. He wanted some bread with it and Rebecca suggested some toasted bread as we forgot to check out the bread section on the menu. Perfect suggestion! My husband devoured his ossobucco and I could only eat half of my pollo scarpariello (another huge serving, I think). We had coffee and the warm sticky toffee pudding which we all enjoyed! They came out with the cannelloni with the sparklers for our neighbor’s birthday (which we sort of secretly asked for) and another one for our anniversary (which we didn’t even mention!). Very nice attention to detail! One complaint I have is that the tables are so close together and the ceilings may be too high to absorb the noise from people at other tables. It was hard to hear each other and the staff sometimes because of the noise from the other tables next to us. I hope they can move the tables a bit farther from each other. We were seated at the west end of the restaurant, in a sort of an alcove next to the main room. They need some kind of shade to protect the diners facing the wall of glass from the sun in the late afternoon. They have outdoor dining and that’s a plus for me. I would asked for that but I wasn’t sure if it was going to be too hot that evening. Maybe next time!

Celebrating a friends birthday on a Thursday evening. Food was good. Room was HOT! Noise was so loud. Service was Terrible. We waited so long for our dinner. We asked the bus boy for to go containers for our plates to be clean always our server, Anthony, was no were to be found !
