Food delivery was very slow, even though there were only two other tables occupied when we arrived. Kitchen didn’t communicate that one dish ordered wasn’t actually available until a long time after the order was placed.

I dont like the butter stuff on my steak. But I dont like it on my steak anywhere. But everything was good.

Food was good but they absolutely did not have enough staff working. Waited to be seated, waited to get menus, had to get our own silverware, waited for food, waited for check. We saw a couple leave because nobody was around to greet them. Steak and Ale Management better get this fixed quickly. People will not give them another chance. Especially, since this is a pricier restaurant.

Not busy at the restaurant or bar on a Tuesday for lunch. Slow to be seated at 12:45, but service was eventually friendly and the waitress was excellent. The complementary loaf of bread with a sweet butter was delicious and arrived very quickly. For lunch I had the Cajun Chicken Linguine lunch feature (difference between this entrée, and the linguine in the main menu was simply no salad bar). It was fantastic and a very generous potion. I highly recommend it! Others in my party each had a lunch feature as well: Chicken Fingers and the Pineapple Chicken with Rice Pilaf. Both said their food was very good and everyone was happy with the food and experience. I would come again just for the linguine!

Everything was great, except they forgot about our Onion Rings. We finally got them half way thru our meal. Otherwise food was great, nice place!

We had the best server-Anna. So nice and great service. Food was good and only wished the salad bar had more “salads”. There were plenty of options for salad topping which was great! we really appreciated that the restaurant was not so loud and we didn’t have to yell to hear each other.

Feeling a tad ale not having a great steak lately? Well, look no further than the Steak & Ale restaurant located in Burnsville. Our family gathered there to celebrate 3 birthdays plus a new job opportunity and experienced a wonderful time. The meals were delicious and the service beyond our expectations Our server, Mik, was thrilled to be part of our celebration as she made it a point to tell us so. Our party of 6 enjoyed the walleye, filet, and prime rib. Had it not been for the selection at the salad bar, we probably wouldn't have needed to take home the people bags with leftovers. Again, looking for a great restaurant, make your reservation sooner than later!
