   We wanted to share a delicious meal with our of town visitors and Javi’s is one of our favorites. But sorry to say this night Javi’s was so disappointing. Must be having staffing or training problems. Arrived 50 min early (unplanned) for a 7:30 reservation for party of 7. Checked in. Asked if they could seat us before 7:30 and were told they see what they can do. Meanwhile lots of parties of 2&3 were seated but it was frustrating to see at least four groups of 5 or 6 arriving to ask about wait times and were seated within 15 min of their arrival with no reservations. Once seated, we sat for 15 min with no interaction, and then no place settings, no water, no chips, waiter did try his best. And piecemealed the service as best he could. Food was also not as good. Soggy taco shells. Dirty plates with the fajitas had to be sent back. Sides missing. Sad. We usually throughly enjoy dining at Javi’s. But will think twice next time. Who wants to be treated/ignored like they don’t matter? Not the usual Javi’s experience.

   The food and server staff were outstanding, as usual. The only negative this time was out wait time to be seated. We had a 4 pm reservation and the party arrived 10 minutes early for the reservation. Despite having an entire section available we were not seated until 4:10 and were not given an explanation why we were delayed. It would not have been a huge issue had we not planned an early dinner because some of the people in our group had another engagement to get to that evening.

   Great family dinner for 10. Good food and great waitress. Throughout enjoyed it. Bust but wait for our reservation not terrible. 🌹

   Great food and service was amazing. We were a large group with children and staff was very friendly and helpful.

   The food was very good. I was put off by the lack of professionalism of the staff. For such beautiful decor, sharpen the staff all around. Host slouching at the stand, didn’t welcome us or say good bye at the end. Servers hanging out chit chatting, no table awareness, one lady, very sweet, food runner or server assistant possibly was the only smile we got the whole dining experience, And she was very attentive.

   Great atmosphere, decor, setting. Nice menu variety. My redfish was just OK. I'll get the salmon the next time. Music was a little too loud.

    Our prom group chose Javi's and it did not disappoint. We had a big group and the service and food was excellent! I would definitely return to Javi's!
