   Oh so good! Everything we ate was incredible. My fiance loved the chicken biryani. Said it’s the best he’s had in the US!

   Fun to try a new culinary experience but be prepared for very loud room from both other patrons & music, delicious but highly spiced food, pricey for smallish dishes, expensive drinks, great waiter/service but stretched too thin.

   We had an incredible dinner at Indibar last night and can’t stop raving about it. The service was outstanding. Not only was the staff attentive and friendly, but the owner himself came out to talk with us, offer recommendations, and share his passion for the food and the story behind the restaurant. That personal touch made the experience even more special. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented, but the butter chicken deserves its own spotlight. it was to die for. Rich, perfectly spiced, and unbelievably tender. Easily the best I’ve had in Phoenix. This place deserves all the love. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Indibar is a must-try

   Finally, a really great Indian restaurant in Scottsdale! Coming from NYC and having so many to choose from, I was thrilled to see INDIBAR is up for the challenge of bringing excellent Indian cuisine to the desert. Thank you Dr Jonathan

   Indibar is a great addition to the evolving Indian dining scene in Phoenix. The interiors are beautifully designed—more polished and intentional than other elevated Indian restaurants like Peacock or Feringhee. It’s modern, warm, and feels like a proper night-out spot. The menu stands out for its creativity. As someone familiar with Indian cuisine, I appreciated that it goes beyond the typical butter chicken and naan, while still being approachable for new diners. We started with the Chorizo Pao and Murgh Khatta Pyaaz Kulchette, and both were fantastic. The chorizo dish felt like a twist on pav bhaji, while the kulchette looked and tasted like an Indian flatbread pizza. Easily the highlight of the night. For drinks, I liked their espresso martini, but my partner found it too boozy. She didn’t enjoy the mango lassi either—it lacked the sweetness and flavor we’ve had at other places. For mains, we had the Pork Ribs Vindaloo with Lachha Paratha and Jowar Roti. This was the low point. The ribs had very little meat and were hard to eat with the breads. The paratha didn’t have the flakiness we expected, and the jowar roti was just okay. Dessert was a big comeback. The Pina Colada was a fun and beautifully presented dish—basically a deconstructed cocktail in edible form with a molded coconut chocolate. Really impressive. Service didn’t quite meet expectations for the $150 bill for two. It took 15 minutes to place our order, and the table wasn’t cleared of menus after the appetizers arrived. Hopefully this improves as the team gets more experience. All in all, Indibar mostly lived up to the hype. I’d come back to try more curries or tandoori dishes, and I’m excited to see how they evolve.

   The food was fabulous. We had great service. I would totally go back. The Indian cuisine was so different and amazingly delicious. Totally different spin on Indian food with a modern flare.

   Beautiful place, great atmosphere. I was so excited for this meal because of the innovative menu. Sorry to say I was disappointed in the flavors. The keema was good but I wish it was combined with the dosa and not presented separately. Also liked the goan sausage. But the crab pani puri and butter chicken were very plain. Portions in general were overpriced. I think this place has something if they put more flavor into their dishes, Indian food should reflect the flavors of India!

   It was our first time to Indibar to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had heard positive things about it from our friend. Since we our somewhat new when it comes to ordering Indian dishes, our server, Vitpa, made everything go so smoothly. He was amazing. He suggested wonderful appetizers for us to try which we enjoyed every one of them and main entree recommendations, as well. He was very attentive, engaging, and helpful. His assistant was just as pleasant and attentive. We met one of the owners and the chef and they were both delightful and personable. The only thing that would've made an absolute perfect evening was if the noise level was a tad lower. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience here.

    We had an amazing time! Everything was delicious. Particularly the lamb tandoor and the desserts! Great ambience and well decorated interior.
