   My second visit to Dolce & Salato and this time to experience brunch! A 3 course pre-fixe menu with so many different options and combinations I will have to go back again and again to try them all. Pair with a mimosa or espresso martini and enjoy the casual yet elegant atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back!

   We were among the first to arrive at the restaurant without many other diners there yet it took 15 minutes after we sat before someone brought us water. That was a theme for the dining experience. Everything was very slow. Dishes took a long time to arrive and the staff seemed very distracted and not very attentive. The food in some cases was mediocre at best with some things either being under or overcooked. The addition of dried rosemary on the chicken and waffles was particularly unpleasant texturally.

   Was reviewing the menu and everything sounded great. So we decided on the Armando experience. It did not disappoint. Zucchini blossoms, clam soup, ravioli , lamb and a delicious dessert. Yummy time. Give it a try.

   I knew I would be in for a nice evening but I was struck by the hospitality and wonderful dishes of Dolce Salato. I cannot wait to come back and try more dishes! And in the near future dine on the Armando experience! Something to look forward too!

   Armondos NEVER disappoints! The food is upscale but also like your sitting at your grandmothers table. If that makes any sense. The service and atmosphere is unmatched by any place we have ever been too. They make you feel at home and never rushed. The experience is meant to be like you are in Italy. At least that is the vibe we get every time we go.

   Great place for a first-rate dining experience. This is exactly the restaurant I would create if I opened my own restaurant! Friendly, knowledgeable staff making awesome food from quality ingredients in a setting that is comfortably classy; not fussy, but with all the right touches to still make it special. A place to feel like family whom the hosts really like!

   I looked up best places to dine in Providence and this place was on the list .we had a fantastic meal and the service was excellent. We had the Armando experience where he prepared a 5 course meal of his choice for us and we were very happy with what he prepared. Definitely going back .
