I don’t know why this place was so empty when we visited on a summer Saturday. The park outside was full of people, but inside the restaurant it was depressingly empty. The food was fine—sure, it was a little overpriced, but so is everything else in this part of town. Good service.

Service was slow and it was super hot in the restaurant! It was a hot day outside and we specifically chose an indoor restaurant because we needed to cool off but it was so hot we couldn’t get comfortable! The food was good but our server was very slow and we had to ask for our check! Our drink refills that we asked for before our food was delivered didn’t get to us until we were finished eating. For the amount of money we spent, I don’t think the service was up to par!

I love this place - great food and surprisingly not full given its location. But given that we were one of three tables, the service was a bit slow.

Great spot right under the Bean. Music is actually too loud outside so this is great for a group. Service has always been great for larger groups I have brought in. Good menu options for all.

Took about 40 minutes for the waiter to come take our order. We were a big group, but when planning a team lunch during business hours, you don’t necessarily want it to take 2 hours. Food was hot and most people said it was good. Some complaints about the risotto being crunchy.

They cancelled my reservation an hour before it was to start. There was special event at the last minute. Stay away from that restaurant because that was very rude.

We always take our sons out for Valentine’s Day. We had an amazing time. It was cool because they got to watch some basketball on that huge screen and the 9 year old enjoyed the pretzel & chicken tenders. My 15 year old had a burger and he said it was great. My wife got a burger too…now this is weird because she loved chicken and steak but she said hers was great too. The server got lost once or twice but 2 managers came by and checked on us and they were very attentive.
