Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen brings a refined dining experience to historic Downtown Plant City. Featuring a carefully curated menu by Chef Rocco Taliani, our restaurant is home to over 175 whiskeys and a full cocktail bar. Guests can enjoy formal dining in our elegant dining room or relax with a cocktail in the inviting Palmer Room. Every detail at Propagation has been thoughtfully designed, from the custom shelving and liquor lockers to the beautifully restored original floors from 1909. An unexpected surprise in downtown Plant City. I took the family for mother's day dinner and we had an amazing culinary experience. The venison, filet, broiled chicken and burger were all great and exceeded our expectations. Kathleen our server was a joy and added to the overall experience. We will definitely be back to try more of the dishes.

Had a Sunday brunch in this very noisy restuarant. We each ordered a plain, full breakfast egg dish which came out at almost room temperature. My "over easy" eggs were runny, almost raw. They do not have coffee available!! ("The machine hadn't come in yet"). The only "extras" were a half dozen oysters, two glasses of mediocre proseco, and an expresso martini which was very good. The resulting bill was $92.00 excluding tip. The concept and ambiance, (except for the loud music) are excellent. More work needs to be done on the food quality. Pricing also seems to be very high.

Good food, great service and timing of drinks to appetizers to main course to dessert was perfect. Our waiter, Hector, was also very helpful in navigation the drink selections. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We had a great time at Propagation. We had a party of 6, service was great, drinks were very good and classy, everyone enjoyed their dinner. I had the snapper and it was amazing.

My husband and I have eaten at Propagation twice. Both times the service, food, and drinks were top notch. The decor and servers make for a perfect atmosphere. This restaurant is a real gem of Plant City. Please don’t change a thing. You have already nailed it.

In general food was great and atmosphere was lively but very loud. Burger ordered medium rare came mostly raw, otherwise pork chop and steaks were done right and tasted great.
