We enjoy supporting kosher restaurants but the experience was not commensurate with a high-end steak house although the cost was the same.

Overall good restaurant. We booked for 6:30pm reserve they called and said they had a wedding that wants to book from 6-7 the restaurant area so they need to move to 7:30 pm. We arrived and was embarrassing as they were still using the space and we had to search for someone for help. The appetizer was ok wasn’t great but the steaks were delicious

The online menu is much different than the physical menu you get when you are seated. Many items on the wine list and menu, they did not have. The waiter’s service was acceptable. However, we were never greeted for several minutes upon arrival and the restaurant was slow at this time. The only person that smiled was our waiter. He did everything in his power to accommodate our order however, he had very limited resources.

Steak was nearly all fat and inedible. Asado egg roll was drowned in sauce. Salad was unremarkable and served with no dressing or offers of dressing

Steak was fantastic. Service excellent. Ambience compromised by booming club style music that really didn’t fit the rest of the atmosphere.

Poor experience and mediocre food. It is advertised as a high end steakhouse and the steak was questionable and tough, not what I expected for $110. The restaurant looks neglected and unkempt. Very disappointing.

We were disappointed that for a high price restaurant of this sort, there was no preliminary bread, cole slaw or other appetizers supplied at the table when we sat down. The pargiot we ordered was not tender, it was a little dry. The burger left me with an upset stomach. Not interested to return for such a high price restaurant with mediocre food

After too many disappointing dinners at the W I decided to call in advance hoping to have a better experience. The evening was once again a failure. Hopefully next season will have to management for the restaurant.
