   The quality and taste of the food continues to amaze me. So delicious!!! Service was excellent. I was impressed by how many people came by to wish my wife a happy birthday!

   Made a 7:30 PM reservation and showed up early at 7:25, only to be told there’s a 20-minute wait. We didn’t get seated until 7:55. That’s a 30-minute delay with a reservation. What kind of joke is this? If you can’t honor your own reservations, then don’t offer them. Just say it’s walk-in only and stop wasting people’s time. Total lack of respect for customers. Get your system together or stop pretending you’re a high-end restaurant.

   We waited nearly thirty minutes after our reservation to be seated, which has never happened at any of the other capital grille locations that we have been to. The waiter was fabulous, but my filet was very fatty and undercooked. We chose not to say anything because we didn’t feel like waiting for a new one at that point. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with our experience.

   It would not be fair to say anything negative as overall food, service and the ambience was great, the only thing I’d like to mention is that we had to wait 20 minutes for our 7pm table. Other than that, great spot to enjoy your night out.

   The food and service were excellent! Our Server, Emily, and her helper, Cayden, were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks.

   This was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was amazing. The level of service and attention to detail was the best. I could not ask for a better experience.

    excellent food and service. The strip steak was superb and perfectly prepared. Great selection of appetizers and sides. Delicious desserts.
