First time back this year and we were not disappointed. Six in our group and everyone loved it. Quick service despite a busy time. Food was delicious especially the duck confit. A great addition to the area.

This was our second time at Millan's. They are really firing on all cylinders! Great meal and dessert, attentive wait staff, and comfortable surroundings. We will definitely be back!

As a freak for a good bolognese, I would say Millan's has the best I have found on the Cape...bar none. Everything about the experience was just fantastic. We sat at the bar where the bartender provided excellent service. The ambiance of the place reminded us of something you would find in the Adirondacks, less seashore and more of a rustic mountain feel. The only issue for the night was that the peaches in the peaches and burrata appetizer were not yet ripe. I would go back to Millan's in a heartbeat, but I was a bit surprised at that fail. FYI, the tuna poke bowl was also a huge hit!

So far the best food on the lower Cape. Very noisy but probably no worse than any of today's restaurants.

good was great, service was great. a bit pricey. Have been there before and will go again, just would be good to have a restaurant in the area that is reasonably priced.

My wife and I go to Millan's on every trip to Truro. This time like all those in the past we're excellent. The food was delicious and the service and staff were spectacular as always. We can't recommend this restaurant more enthusiastically. It's off the beaten path on Shore Drive, with onsite free parking being a plus.
