   Love the new design of the restaurant. It's light, open, great views. The food is good quality. Well presented. Good portions. Well seasoned. What took away was the service which was incredibly slow (we must have sat for 20 minutes before we were able to order anything including drinks). Food delivery was slow to the table and overall, it was just inattentive. Not sure we'll be back.

   Menu did not match online menu. Both fish options (I don't eat meat) were sweet, which is not to my taste. Wine was served to most tables with small carafes, ours just the glass. Wine did not arrive until mid-entree. We felt somewhat ignored and then rushed at the end. Food and atmosphere were lovely though!

   great food and great service. We were off by one on our reservation and forgot to update it and they were very accommodating. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

   The food was great, as usual. The service was alsospectacular, as I've come to expect. I have, and do, recommend Woven if you want a great meal that's a little different than the usual fare. The creative dishes introduce flavors you may not be used to, but they work very well.

   Very good food in a beautiful setting. Server was nice, but some in our party received lunch instead of dinner menus and this was never fixed. wrong drink and dinner order came to our table. We also felt rushed to place our entire order initially and then rushed again to place a dessert order twice while eating our entrees. Service was odd, even though very friendly. Food and drink were excellent.

   I went here for the first time, very excited about what I'd heard from friends who recently visited. I booked reservations for brunch for the Saturday before Mother's Day to eat with my mom. Our server was really nice and gave us excellent recommendations. Now, after we ordered, we got our drinks delivered. When we ordered our food, I asked if I could place an additional order to go but to not have it until the end of the meal, to which the server asked us to tell her when to put it in. I also mentioned we would like to have the rice pudding to share at the end. After several long bits of time and a few check-ins, our appetizer arrived and about 20 minutes later, our food arrived. It was fantastic and looked amazing. At this point the restaurant seemed to increase in activity and our server must have gotten a bit behind, but I had to remind her to put our to-go order in and asked for the dessert again. Several minutes later, I saw her in the background glance our way, and look like she just remembered we still hadn't gotten our dessert. Each time she would stop by to ask us something, it would be several minutes before she would return. The check, our to go food, and at the end she arrived to apologize that the dessert chef had gotten very behind in making desserts (I only saw two on the menu) and instead of asking if we would like to wait, just told us they would comp one of our drinks and remove the dessert from the bill. I was disappointed as I had been looking forward to it, and confused as to why we didn't get it when I had requested it at the beginning of our reservation. We arrived on time for our 12:30 reservation and didn't leave the restaurant until 2:09 pm—ample time to have had everything prepared. I'm not faulting the server because she was genuinely friendly and polite, but the kitchen needs to move faster and get food out more promptly. I will be back because the Miso Cod was phenomenal!!! Hoping it was an off day.

   We came a day early to celebrate Mother's Day for my wife and it was excellent food and service. We were a little disappointed as the online menu showed an eggs Benedict my wife was looking forward to, but they hadn't updated the online menu to show it had been removed. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and plan to come back to check out the bar/happy hour.

   We’ve eaten at many of Roy’s restaurants and this was no disappointment! Beautiful panoramic views of the Olympic, south Sound, and Commencement Bay! Familiar touches on the menu and also new things which speak to the PNW. First, always love the edamame served warm with some sesame oil and chili flakes. Yummy! The seafood dip was delicious. We enjoyed the slow braised short rib and cedar plank salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked and tasty but the grilled asparagus stole the show. The smokiness from the wood grill really brought the flavor. The short rib presentation was beautiful and the taste matched. Molten chocolate cake was the perfect finish. Only slight knock was the bar was rather slow. What’s up with that?! We’ll be back when the weather is warmer to sit outside on the deck!

   Yet another perfect night at Woven. We are such big fans of Roy Yamaguchi's restaurants (prior to Woven, we most recently dined at Eating House 1849 on Kauai) -- the way in which Hawaiian and Northwest approaches/ingredients weave together (hence the name) is incredible. This is a destination restaurant in our eyes. Sophia set the stage for the absolutely perfect night as a kind, friendly, personable host, and Michael provided extraordinary service. Don't miss the most amazing brussels sprouts from any restaurant (period), the pho-inspired ribs, or any of the fish options from this gem in Western Washington.

    Very good but staff should be instructed to not be so eager to remove diners plates when the others are still eating.
