   Great food, great price! Macaroni was a little bit peppery, but overall the food was great! My server was great. My date and I tried a few of the dishes. I had the oxtail plate over rice, big healthy portion - with the yams (fire) and the red beans and rice, a bit salty but still good. I also had the sweet potato cornbread, tastes like cake! Good and sweet. She had the short ribs, another really healthy portion. She had the greens and mac for her sides with the regular cornbread. Greens were great, a bit peppery as well with a tad bit of spice. The regular cornbread has a syrup sauce at the bottom that makes it sweet and tasty. Drinks were really good as well. Definitely enough to take to-go’s and we’ll definitely be back. 9.5/10 Will definitely be back. And is now definitely one of my frequent go-to’s.

   The atmosphere was on point. The Dj was good , playing the right music for the vibe. Our server Shawn was really great, he gave us recommendations, and great service. The food was delicious. My party had lamb chops, they were a little salty, but had great flavor. I had oxtails they were great. We also had soul rolls. I highly recommend recommend you give it a try.

   Great restaurant. Amazing food. 10/10 atmospheres and music on fridays was a plus as well. Can’t wait to return

   Overall it was a good dinner. excellent food and fast service. On the negative side, our table was dirty and then he left is soaking wet when he cleaned it and every glass on the table was either dirty or chipped. Also, the water served was unfiltered tap water.

   Nice if you’re going for drinks or the vibe. The ribs were too salty and the egg roll was not flavorful. We were also given a cold sweet sauce to dip our egg rolls in. Charged 18% gratuity and a liquor tax so will probably not be back unless the food improves.

   The restaurant was nice, we were seated right away at our appt time. Appetizers were great we got the egg rolls. Food was hot and didn’t take long to come out. The drinks took a while to come to the table. I did feel like the drinks were a bit over priced but other than that it was fine.

   Overall, it was ok! I had the blackend salmon and soul rolls. Salmon was good, garlic mash potatoes were basic. If I were to come back I would get a plate to go. Our server Cita could have been more attentive, especially considering they include an automatic gratuity of 18%. The bus guy Carlos was more attentive than our actual server. I liked the live DJ though.

   We had a party of 6. We just decided to go and check them out. I don’t know if it was just where we were sitting but there were bugs flying everywhere. It was so annoying. We had to cover our food and drinks to try to avoid anything from flying in or on them. I guess I got the wrong dish. The salmon was over cooked and the greens were just seasoned with pepper. The wings were good and the oxtails were alright. We spoke with the manager and she was very flippant. She didn’t try to do anything to fix our issue. I can say that we gave it a try.

    Very nice vibe and customer service was great.. They sung happy birthday to my sister and made her day feel special with a card and a note inside 10/10 recommend
